  From start to finish, our experience with Royal Gorge Rafting was exceptional. The online booking process was simple, straightforward, and hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were provided with all the necessary equipment, including a helmet, wetsuit, booties, and a splash jacket, which kept us comfortable throughout the trip. Our guide, Rebeca, was absolutely outstanding. Her experience and knowledge of the Arkansas River were evident from the moment we launched. She made everyone feel safe and confident while still ensuring we had an exciting and memorable adventure through the rapids. Her professionalism, river expertise, and fun personality made the trip even better. A special shoutout also goes to Tebi, our safety kayaker and photographer. Tebi was amazing—always in the right place to keep an eye on the group while somehow capturing incredible action photos along the way. It was clear that safety was a top priority, and having such a skilled kayaker supporting the trip added an extra level of confidence. If you’re considering rafting in the Royal Gorge, I highly recommend Royal Gorge Rafting. Great equipment, an easy booking process, outstanding staff, and an unforgettable day on the Arkansas River. We will definitely be back!

  REBECA WAS THE BEST!! We had so much fun talking to her and she was so amazing at giving us instructions and talking us through everything! We never flipped and no one fell out! The best experience, we had so so much fun!

  We had an absolutely phenomenal experience rafting with Royal Gorge Rafting on the Arkansas River! None of us had ever been rafting before, and I didn't even realize I had signed us up for a trip with Class III and IV rapids. Looking back, I'm so glad I did! Our guide, Jake, was outstanding. From the moment we got on the river, he made us feel safe, confident, and excited for the adventure. His knowledge, professionalism, and sense of humor made the entire trip unforgettable. The scenery was incredible, the rapids were thrilling, and the whole experience exceeded every expectation we had. Even as first-time rafters, we felt completely taken care of and had the time of our lives. I can't say enough good things about this trip or the team at Royal Gorge Rafting. This was easily one of the highlights of our Colorado vacation, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing adventure. Thank you, Jake, for making our first rafting experience one we'll never forget!

  Royal Gorge Zip Lining and Rafting was wonderfully equipped, clean and professional. The guides for both activities were phenomenal with utmost knowledge and safety. Maddox and Sav were very helpful with the zip-lining and made it a fun experience. Jake was a great rafting guide. As he called out the commands, we felt safe under his leadership and guidance. We had some challenging rapids, but we did it! Jake was very personable and called us all by name throughout the trip. The zip lining was fun, but a little slower pace and the rafting was an adrenaline rush. Our only downside of the combo was the short amount of time between events to both eat and get changed, but I’d highly recommend this experience!

  Our experience at royal gorge white water rapids was great and was definitely worth the cost. Although the water was a bit low, our guide Bono was incredibly knowledgeable about the geography and history of the royal gorge, Cañon city, and the greater Colorado Springs area. Bono had no trouble keeping us entertained and safe throughout the entirety of our three-four hour trip down the Arkansas river. I would definitely recommend sunscreen and coming with 2-4 people as most rafts fit a maximum of 4 and bigger parties will need to be split up.

  We did a half day trip on a day when the rapids were extremely high (higher than we signed up for). I truly appreciate the attention and instructions the guides and employees gave us to understand the power of mother nature. It was a wild ride but I appreciate that they had skilled kayakers tracking our rafts so I felt very safe. I'll be back (probably for a class 3 LOL).
