5.00Really good way to see the Manhattan skyline. We visited at sunset and the views are spectacular. The little 5 minute film prior to going to the top was really good too. Really enjoyed it.

5.00Great views of the city, especially Central Park and the Empire State Building. You line up outside of the Rockefeller building at the red carpet entrance. Very busy!

5.00I would highly recommend this observation deck if this is your first time visiting New York like it was for me. Fantastic views of iconic landmarks with adiquate space for a large crowd. We decieded to go at dusk to catch the sunset and night time views of the city. only issue was with getting down as the line become quite long, however wonderful experience.
A rip off. They’re ticket purchasing app is confusing. They charged me twice.

3.00Overcrowded!! Okay to have timed entrance times but then need to monitor exit times. Crowd was 3 deep trying to take pics of the sunset, staff kept telling people to move along and go up to 3rd deck as you can still take pictures. We went up to the 3rd deck and the sunset was blocked by the skylift attraction. A safety issue with the amount of people present, give it a miss!
