1.00All I can say is that they stole my money. I got to the window, received my ticket, and they radioed instructions for me to head toward the cruise boat; but when I ran over there, they wouldn't let me board. They refused to refund the money or reschedule for another day—in the end, I lost my money, and they take no responsibility for anything. It was a terrible experience. On top of that, finding parking there—specifically for the Calypso dinner cruise in Clearwater—is very difficult. The staff were incredibly rude, and the customer service was horrible.

3.00Fun atmosphere and fellow passengers! The food and drink menu could use some updating and the general areas, but other than that it was an okay experience. Wait staff was amazing!

4.00Food was good! we we non I felt kinda pricey but we are not drinkers… if you are drinkers definitely worth it. We saw dolphins but it was hot on the top deck so be ready to sweat if you go up on top it is not shaded. Food was good!

5.00Had such a fun night. The food was amazing. We had the rum punch and that was tasty too. Got the see dolphins and the nice sunset. Would recommend.
