  Jenelle was amazing, fantastic, knowledgeable and personable! She did an excellent job teaching the history of chocolate aka bitter water! She shared some wonderful information and then shared her wonderful chocolate with the class. Everyone got to personally dip assorted items in her special chocolate pot. YUMMY!!! Then we visited her store, let's just say everything was sinfully delicious 😋 The store manager even joined us tasting one of the the "poops" Sending this review lots of Love 💕 The "Utter People"

  The instructor, also the owner of the store, was excellent! She told us the history of chocolate and was very patient with us as we made our chocolates. We each came away with a box full of a variety of delicious chocolates.

  The hostess was remarkable and the experience fantastic. Definitely will go again. We left with our own chocolate creations and about half the store as well.

  Camping at Pagosa Springs RV park and drove into town for sightseeing & shopping. A shop owner recommended a visit to The Choke Cherry Tree. It is on the opposite side of historic downtown Pagosa in a mall with City Market. Candy made on site plus tons of delicacies & special items like Choke Cherry preserves. Candy samples available. Sea salt caramel the best I have ever had. Went back the next day for more. Also got a sampler pack with toffee & other candies which were scrumptious. Highly recommended for candy lovers!

  We have been buying unique chocolates and carmels for many years from Choke Cherry. They are really fresh and good. I have also bought some kitchen gadgets from them too and still love them.
