5.00What an incredible experience! The scenery was breath taking! Chris was an incredible host, very informative but also very funny! Tom was a great “butler/waiter”. I was recommended this trip by my girlfriend who came ten years ago! Obviously a long time company that knows what they are doing!

5.00Everything was amazing. We had the perfect honey moon in the cruise! Chris the manager was very attentive from minute one, making sure our experience in the cruise was unforgettable! Ashley helped us to take to the speedboat on time to make sure we did not miss the kayaking! Thanks! She also led the amazing speed boat tour in the morning! James, made our lunch and dinner very pleasant. We felt like home with him, and it feels like he was our friend. His kindness was amazing! Jack told us all the interesting local facts and stories! He also taught us how to fish squids and was very attentive to take us pictures and videos during the cruise so we did not have to worry about them! Amazing! Thanks!

The staff is attentive to every detail and the comfort of the passengers 24 hours a day. A special mention to James, Chris, Jack, and Ashley, who did everything possible to make our honeymoon unforgettable. 4.00The crew on the ship is very friendly and helpful. The activities are great and well chosen, sometimes a bit stressful if you want to do them all. Ashley is a very cheerful and humorous crew member; it was fun to talk with her about everything. Jack and Ethan are also very friendly and make an effort. The food was also very delicious and was prepared heartily.

5.00We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Heritage Cruises in Ha Long Bay. My grandmother and I booked the 2-day, 1-night cruise, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. The ship itself is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly well maintained. Our cabin was spacious, comfortable, and had breathtaking views of the bay. The bathtub was honestly a highlight in itself, there is nothing quite like soaking in a bath while looking out over Ha Long Bay! What truly stood out was the service. The entire team was fantastic, but I would especially like to thank Jay, Jack, Chris, and Sarah, who made our experience exceptional from beginning to end. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth did not go unnoticed. They always greeted us with a smile, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and made every part of the journey feel effortless and special. It is rare to come across a team that is not only highly professional but also so genuinely caring and passionate about what they do. They are a real credit to Heritage Cruises and played a huge part in making this one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The food was fantastic. Not only was everything delicious, but the portions were incredibly generous. We felt like there was always another beautiful dish arriving, and every meal was something to look forward to. The activities were also exceptionally well organised. Everything was punctual, seamless, and thoughtfully planned, allowing us to relax completely and simply enjoy the experience while still getting to explore the beauty of Ha Long Bay. This was such a special trip for both of us, and Heritage Cruises made it even more memorable. The combination of stunning scenery, a beautiful ship, outstanding food, and truly exceptional service created an experience we will never forget. Thank you again to the entire Heritage Cruises team. 5.00We had an amazing time on the cruise. So much that I wish we’d done the longer one. The views were excellent, and the service was amazing (almost too amazing). Every staff member was attentive, kind, personable, etc. Special shout out to Tom (our personal assignee for meals) — he was extremely attentive and prompt. And Jack (led the kayak and speedboat tours) was kind, and let my girlfriend borrow his hat when it was too hot I have zero complaints about this tour, and honestly just wish we’d done a longer one
