  Don't contract anything with them, they're scammers, they finally changed our boat to an older one and worse, refused to refund money, fatal with the crew, scam.

• Beautiful Komodo, not with Next Door

  I was recently on a two-day tour from labuan bajo to the Komodo archipelago. The only thing that saves the two review points was the boat experience: beautiful places. And also great food on board, the state of the boat and the friendliness of the crew. But the organization is absolutely bad. We never received anything before departure, a confirmation sheet or anything. When I requested it I was told I had to be patient. The evening before departure we are given a pick up time at the hotel, which is then changed the same morning and delayed by hours. We then meet with the group in port and begins a waiting period of hours and hours in which no one explains the reason for the delay. Around 14:30 we are then boarded on a small emergency boat because ours is not ready. We ask for explanations, refunds (as of the two days booked we had already wasted a large part remaining in port) and apologies. None of this comes from Rita, who has always been arrogant in dealing with us. Moreover, the guide with us has always pretended not to understand us well, and often did not know how to justify the changes of schedule on the tour. In short, the experience in Komodo I highly recommend, what I strongly discourage is to book with this agency.

  They are not able to count. I booked a three days tour on a boat to Komodo islands and they took 24 people for only 22 beds. They asked me to sleep on an old mat with the captain next to his steeringwheel and offered only minimal compensation which I couldn't accept. And not even an excuse from a manager. Worst ever

  I state that this is not a review strictly related to the tour operator, but to the overall experience. I can say it was the best experience of our entire trip to Indonesia. The places we visited were breathtaking. Landscapes, lights and atmosphere. The boat was spacious enough for about 15 people. My girlfriend and I booked a private cabin and it was quite comfortable as it was a room on board a boat. The crew that moved us among the beauties around Labuan Bajo was exceptional, kind, caring and able to move at sea. The food cooked by the chef on board has always been excellent. I would never forgive myself if I did not quote Juan (aka Jojo), our guide, who made a difference in our experience. Very young boy but always professional, intelligent, smart, able to find solutions to everyone's problems, always smiling, energetic and with impeccable English. His attitude constantly kept the spirits of the group high, especially at the beginning where no one knew the other people in the group, keeping us united and friendly. Always. I am sure that everyone here can share my opinion. Important note: often the itinerary is not as promised. It varies according to different crew decisions. We don't know why but during the second day we were informed that we would skip Manta Point (one of the main reasons for my booking). Again, it was Juan who resolved the issue, with simplicity, dialogue and diplomacy. He acted as an intermediary with the captain after we spoke to him with friendship and firmness, and kept his promise to take us there. As luck would have it, even the sea was just as honest allowing us to swim a few meters from a wonderful manta ray (probability not obvious). So ours is a very lucky case, hence the length of the review. I don’t know who is responsible for these changes in the program (certainly not the weather), but the risk that it was not respected and the chaos of the initial organization of the tour operator force me not to give the 5 stars. So, reading the reviews, I can't tell you that everyone will have the same experience buying this tour. I would also add that at sea, as you can imagine, you have to soften your measuring tape against what is comfortable and what is not.   Did 1 night 2 day tour to Komodo and what should have been a dream turned into a nightmare. Totally inadequate boat and out of all standards of hygiene and safety (lifeboat in tow full of holes). Very bad food, we reported the intolerance of a person in our group and after giving the ok they didn't respect it, leaving her fasting for 2 days until she passed out. Delays upon delays, between picking at the airport and waiting at the harbout we had to wait more than 3 hours unjustifiably. Also, don't trust it if she says in the contract that they give you equipment (fins, mask and snorkel) because it's not true. There would be many other negative things to say but I'll stop here. Dishonest and ultra-discouraged.

  A really incredible trip. Lots of beautiful scenery and things to do. The crew and guide were amazing. The boat was basic but that just added to the adventure.

• Terrible Experience – Not as Advertised!

  I had the most disappointing experience with this tour. It was nothing like what was advertised, and I deeply regret booking it. Here are the issues I encountered: Misleading Advertising – The room and toilet were nothing like the pictures or the description. The accommodation was far from what was promised, and the bathroom was subpar. Definitely not what I expected. Air Conditioner Not Working – The air conditioner in the room didn’t cool at all, making the stay unbearably uncomfortable, especially given the hot weather. Unchanged Route, No Refunds – We didn’t follow the planned route that was promised in the itinerary. When I questioned them about it, they simply brushed it off, and no refund was issued for the changes. It felt like a scam. Tour Cut Short – The tour was supposed to end at 5 PM, but we were done by 2 PM. That’s hours of wasted time, and there was no explanation or compensation for the shortened tour. Day 2 Was a Disaster – On the second day, we were promised visits to 6 different places, but we only visited 2. We rushed through everything, and it was clear they weren’t prepared to give us the experience we paid for. Limited Time at Key Spots – We only had 1 hour with the Komodo dragons, which was far too short to appreciate them properly. The snorkeling was even worse, with only 30 minutes at each of the two spots. It was a total waste of time. No Consideration for Weather Conditions – To make matters worse, when bad weather was announced, they didn’t offer us any alternative dates or a refund. This was incredibly irresponsible. They didn’t care about rescheduling or providing us with an option to adjust our plans, leaving us stuck with a terrible experience. Overall, this tour was an absolute disaster. The lack of communication, professionalism, and failure to deliver on promises was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and go with someone more reliable.

  Unfortunately, I had to cancel my booking. First, I tried to reschedule the trip, which they did for me. But then, they told me that they had made a mistake and that they didn’t have an available spot for me the next they. I was given the option to cancel or reschedule the trip. I got to cancel it and got a full refund even though I it was within the first 24h of my original booking date. Too bad, I didn’t get to do this trip with them.
