  Moved time the night before Arrived at location and they kept moving the items Subsequently realized there was issue with the helicopter but they were not communicating it Had to speak with ground staff to get the truth They made everyone wait and wouldn’t give refunds. Categorically refused refunds but there was a known issue !!! Would you really trust your life with these guys? Left because so concerned about here conduct

  The service was amazing from the time that I booked via WhatsApp until the flight, organized by professional peoples. I really enjoyed the view for all entire flight and also the flight was smooth as the landing. I would suggest to flight also for a person that never flown with helicopter. Also the car service was great, a driver pick me up at my hotel and drop me off after the flight. I will always remember this wonderful experience.

  Fake host fake location took money never received the services please don't book this this is a total fake post by the host i went to the location and they said we don’t know about viator if you want to fly pay cash , Balicopter is a total hoax be aware

  They made an offer that we accepted. 1.5 hours before departure, they cancel the trip because they write that they had received a better offer. Really bad style.

  I recently went on a helicopter tour in Bali with Balicopter and it was an unforgettable experience. The views of the island from above were breathtaking, and our pilot was incredibly skilled and made us feel safe throughout the entire flight. The tour provided a unique perspective of Bali's natural beauty and landmarks, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island!   Cool organized helicopter tour! Managers have guided and organized a great offer! Booked several days in advance, the staff put out rose petal writing and arranged for a photographer. Thank you so much for this flight!)
