  Had a really fun tour with John! He kept the stories exciting and engaging while showing us a true piece of New Orleans history. Definitely recommend doing this while you’re in town!

  We found the tour pretty disappointing. It was really pretty vanilla, containing mostly well-known stories. I’m not sure if what was “adults-only” about. Also, our guide was not engaging, not adding any real punch to the stories.

  Excellent tour! Elaine was an amazing guide-knowledgeable, entertaining, and full of fascinating stories. The mix of New Orleans history, ghost tales, and true crime made for a fun & informative evening. She kept the group engaged the entire time and shared details we never would have learned on our own. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting New Orleans!

  This was more informative than I thought ot would be rather than a spooky experience. The tour guide did a good job but I expected spookier things rather than just recounting of a few places where bad things happened, historically.

  Always an amazing time learning about the dark and spooky side of nola. Guide was very knowledgeable and fun to be around! Highly recommend this tour!

  Our travel guide was John. He was the best- funny, great story teller, loud so we could hear him and answered any all questions. You can tell he definitely loves doing his job.

  Doug was an outstanding tour guide. It was clear that he has thoroughly researched the history and culture of the areas he tours, and his knowledge brought each location to life. He has incredible energy, a great sense of humor, and kept the entire group engaged from start to finish. I especially appreciated the way he spoke about Marie Laveau. He presented her life, work, and legacy with respect, thoughtfulness, and authenticity. His portrayal honored both the historical figure and the cultural significance she continues to hold today. I truly believe Marie Laveau herself would have been pleased with the care and reverence with which Doug shared her story.
