  Yoga and the team were absolutely amazing. Very attentive professional and punctual. I used Yoga and the teams services for a mix of parties,restaurants and temple excursions. He was amazing at all and being a bali native was so informative regarding anything bali related. Would 100% recommend him and the team for any bail trips, be it sightseeing or parties.

  Yoga was excellent, will book with him again. Very positive, great English. I traveled with my mother who is a bit older and mobility isn't the best - so he was able to tailor the experiences to fit to her level.

  We booked the All-Inclusive Private 3-Day Bali Highlights Tour through Viator, and it exceeded every expectation we had. The tour itself was fantastic, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was our guide, Antika. From the moment we met him, Antika went above and beyond to customize the tour to fit our interests, pace, and preferences. His knowledge of Balinese culture, history, traditions, and local life was incredible, and he shared insights that you simply wouldn't get from guidebooks or group tours. One of the things we appreciated most was his expertise in knowing exactly when to visit each attraction to avoid crowds and make the most of our time. He also provided honest recommendations about where to go, what to see, and even places that were not worth our valuable vacation time. His local knowledge made every day seamless and stress-free. What truly set Antika apart was his commitment to making our trip as enjoyable as possible. After our tour ended, he even added an extra day to help transport us from Ubud to Seminyak, ensuring our transition was smooth and comfortable. This level of service was completely above and beyond our expectations and demonstrated how much he genuinely cares about his guests.   Just wrapped up an incredible 5 day / 5 night trip across Bali with Antika from Edy Smile Tour and genuinely could not recommend them more. We covered North, South, and East Bali with the perfect pacing. Somehow we saw so much without ever feeling rushed or exhausted, which honestly made the whole trip way more enjoyable. Antika was amazing the entire time. Super responsive before and during the trip, hilarious, incredibly hospitable, and honestly felt more like traveling around with a family member than a tour guide. He knew all the hidden tips and tricks, the history behind everything we visited, the best times to go places, where to avoid crowds, and even helped take some incredible photos the whole trip. The team also helped coordinate hotels, spas, transportation, and activities which made everything feel seamless and stress free. Every recommendation was spot on. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure you have the best possible experience rather than just checking boxes off an itinerary. Absolutely loved the experience and would recommend Antika and Edy Smile Tour to anyone visiting Bali, especially if you want a trip that feels personal, well planned, authentic, and fun instead of overly touristy or rushed.

  This agency provided excellent service. Edy Smile is an outstanding travel agent who was referred to me by a friend. We booked a 4-night, 5-day package with them for a very reasonable price. Our guide was Antika. He customized the package to suit our needs and was super responsive on WhatsApp even before we arrived. He took care of everything — hotel bookings, airport pickup, entrance tickets, and last-minute changes . The hotels were wonderful. One was a private villa with a pool — an experience we will never forget. As first-time visitors to Bali, we were nervous about scams and logistics. Ankita made everything easy. He explained local customs.He also booked our spa appointments, got us better rates . Ankita stayed with us throughout the trip, explained the history and culture of each place, and even took great photos for us. By the end, he felt like family.   Putu is the best of the best! He is always punctual, CARING especially to me because I have mobility problem, Puto always look after me, He is very thoughtful and very informative to know about Bali, We are so glad that he was our driver, tour guide, photographer, CHOREOGRAPHER and director!!   This 3 day adventure for my family was a success! This is our very first time in Bali and we chose this adventure as a recommendation. It’s a private tour and its just the four of my family. The admission fees are already included and bottled water everywhere you go and every day in the car. Our driver, Putu, was the best! You’ll be blessed to get him. He’s very wholesome. We were able to swap the 2nd and 3rd day as we needed the rest on the second day. We stayed in Nusa Dua and we were further south but it did not stop us to have all the experience! It was great truly! Each day was very different and the driver will give you the roll down of whats to happen. Bring bathers/swim wear wherever you can!
