• VW Classic jeeps - big smiles all round!

  From the moment we walked out of the hotel to see theses amazing be classic jeeps waiting for us and our guide who was very flexible in making changes based on different family needs I.e a family with two twenty year olds in tow! The drive from Nusa Dua to the Gates of Heaven was 2hrs 30.. our guide was chatty all the way. When we arrived he sorted out all entrance fees, took the bus up to the top and walked with us to get our tickets and photo. Then onto a recommended coffee and tea shop with the top down. Where the whole family tried all 20 samples. Purchases in tow we were then off to water palace, which was beautiful, quite breathtaking and very peaceful. From there onto lunch at a local restaurant just 5 minutes away, service, lunch and views over rice fields was amazing, the menu catered for Indonesian, tourists (burgers, pizza, pasta) and Indian curry’s. Big helpings. From there to Virgin beach, you will need to take a towel and 100,000idr for 2 beds and an umbrella. Beach was pristine and ocean was glorious, great views as you descend down. We decided to take a dip in the ocean and chill before heading back to the cars and then changed the plan and visited a jewellery shop instead of a traditional Bali village. It was getting quite late by then and we missed watching them make the jewellery. However biggest jewellery store I’ve ever seen!! Back to the cars and long trek back to Nusa Dua via very busy traffic. Although long we didn’t stop smiling the whole day. Very enjoyable and stress free as our guide took care of everything!! ❤️

  Loved the day. Car was super fun, relaxed pace and having everything pre-paid was so much easier at the venues. Eddie was great and knew some shortcuts and tips and tricks! Would definitely do again!

  We loved this tour so much easier to see all the sights without a roof over you . We are a family of 5 kids are 11,9,7 although a long day the kids did ok with it . Would have been harder if it was a full sunny day I would say . Maybe one option would be able to cut a couple things off if kids are coming along when you book and make it a 6-8 hr day not 8-10 . But still super happy we did it !! Our drivers were amazing too Gidday and sorry forgot :/ but picture of him below :)

  

  

  

  

  

• Amazing sites of interest by VW Open top classic car

  The pick up was on time and the VW open top was in very original condition. Perfect for seeing the sites of Bali. We visited temples with amazing line of site to the volcano plus beaches and other places of interest. Kopi navigated the Bali road system with confidence and was a mine of information on local culture and traditions. We agreed it was a better experience than an air conditioned mini bus and enjoyed the day completely.

  I had a great day with Keta. The VW was so cool and he explained the day to me as we went. We even got to see a village tradition that happens only once a year. I’d recommend booking this and requesting him.

  Super from beginning to end! Awesome open top car - and guide -Kopi! Plenty of time to explore sites and freedom to choose. Gates of heaven,water temple, virgin beach and very ancient village. The trip was a great adventure while also feeling safe at all times.

  Awesome experience, just be mindful it can get a bit hot and windy, make sure you bring sunscreen, hat, hair tie, etc. Nonetheless, it is def something you should do while in Bali! All good fun!

  Best trip in nature and heart of bali. Was made even better with KW tours and they have best tour guides to help with everything. Special thanks to krishna and dede from nusa penida. Will visit again for other tour activities with KW tours. And thanks to ketut for being like a family member helping and assisting with everything.

  The day we spent with Gede Ari was the highlight of our entire 12-day trip to Bali. The classic VW proved far more comfortable than I imagined and my eight-year-old son fell in love with the whole open-air experience. We chose the east coast tour which included a temple, a pristine beach and a water garden. Worth every penny!

  Gede the driver was so accommodating and made us feel safe while on our adventures and in the mahem of the traffic. VW was a great car. Lunch was good and Tirta Gangga Water Palace was spectacular. Well recommended.
