バンコクに来たらまずはココ！三大寺院と王宮は絶対はずせません。
個人でも気軽に観光できる王宮やその周辺寺院ですが、国民の95％が仏教徒であると言われるタイで、仏教とタイ王室がいかにタイ人の生活に密接に関係し、精神的支えとし大切にされているかを深く理解するためには、やはりベテランガイドによる日本語での解説付きのツアーがおすすめです。
このツアーでは、壮大で豪華絢爛な「王宮」と三大寺院と呼ばれる「ワット・プラケオ(エメラルド寺院)」、巨大涅槃像やタイ古式マッサージの総本山として有名な「ワットポー」、暁の寺として有名でカラフルな装飾が可愛い「ワットアルン (暁の寺)」を訪れます。
また、バンコク市内の移動手段には、地元の人が普段利用するボートやトゥクトゥクなど市民の足ともいえる交通機関を体験していただき、ツアー中に市内の至る所に存在する寺院や国王の肖像画などの街並みや賑わう市場、行き交う人々の生活を肌で感じることもできます。
朝はホテルまでお迎え*1もついていて快適で、午前中のツアーは比較的涼しく、混雑が少ないため撮影するにも絶好の時間帯です。
お昼過ぎに王宮周辺で解散後は、川沿いのおしゃれなカフェでのんびりしたり、カオサンロードや花市場、チャイナタウンで食べ歩き、手芸用品が豊富なサンペンレーンに行ってみてはいかがでしょう。
地下鉄サナームチャイ駅も近く、他のエリアへのアクセスも便利です。
時間があまりない帰国日でも最適なツアー*2で、午後はたっぷり自分だけのバンコクでの思い出をさらに増やしましょう。

お迎え対象範囲は主に市内中心地です。 【ホテルピックアップ】対象エリア：バンコク市内の中心地域、サトーン、シーロム、サイアム、プラトゥーナム、カオサン通り、ジャルンクルン通り、スクンビット地区＜ソイ 1〜57と2〜36の間＞ ※お迎え時間は8:00～8:30に対象エリア内ホテルにお迎えに上がります。ご参加日の前日タイ時間20時頃までに、ピックアップ時間をご案内します。（対象エリア外にご宿泊のお客様には直接River City Bangkokまでお越しいただきます）
王宮入場時に身分証の提示を求められる事があります。パスポート（コピー可）をご持参ください。
観光の際頻繁に靴を脱ぐタイミングがあるため、できるだけ着脱しやすい靴をオススメします 動きやすく歩きやすい格好でご参加ください。
スーツケースなど大きなお荷物のお持ち込みはご宿泊ホテルにお預けいただき、ツアーへのお持ち込みはご遠慮ください。

タイの観光スポットの中でも格式高い王宮周辺の寺院は特に服装に厳しいです。 タイ王室と仏教文化に対する敬意とマナーのため、ご参加日は羽織りもの等で肌の露出度が高くならぬようご配慮ください。 シースルーやダメージジーンズのようにデザインとして肌が見える服装や、体のラインが目立つ服装も規制される場合もあるため、スムーズに見学や拝観ができるよう当日の服装としてはご遠慮ください。 上半身：肩の露出の無い服装（半袖のTシャツは可） ※タンクトップ、ノースリーブ、ビーチサンダル等は不可 下半身：くるぶしまでの服装 入場不可の場合、受付にて腰巻の着用（有料）が求められますので、ご注意ください。
