The guide was lovely but very lacking in knowledge of the history of Basel. We walked slowly around and she told us about shopping and very little history.

We had paid for a 9am tour. At 8:59 the tour company sent us a message saying our tour was changed to 2pm! The tour at 2 pm was delayed a bit because of no shows. Ignoring that, otherwise the tour was good. Lots or interesting information.

We booked this last minute after the first tour we had booked was canceled by the vendor. We were happy to find something the day before. Walked about 25 minutes from our hotel to the meeting point, arrived early but no guide ever appeared. We were there about 40 minutes total waiting. Sent messages to Vivator with no reply. The picture I have attached is the fountain meeting spot with no guide.

They charged me the tour and I didn't get to do it, they changed my time and language and when I got to the indicated time as they had modified it they had already left, I called the phone and wrote an email and nobody answered
