• Great snorkelling

  We had a great time snorkelling, kayaking to white sand island and fishing. We saw plenty of fishes and a turtle, felt like in an aquarium. Unlimited water was made available and had soup for lunch. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, I absolutely recommend ‘Traveling Bintan’.

  We had a very fun experience doing all the activities. We even managed to catch some small fish which the caretaker happily obliged to cook for us. Snorkelling was good too with the instructor leading the way, while we did kayaking ourselves. All equipment was provided including bottled water and cup noodles for those who just needed a small snack. Our tour guide, Ahsan (if I got his name correct) was pleasant and knowledgeable. He happily obliged to take us to a local eatery for lunch after the activities and also brought us to a souvenirs/snacks as requested. Overall was a good experience, would definitely recommend.

  Our snorkelling trip was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and ensured everyone had a great day. Transfers from the hotel were smooth and professional. A short 10 min boat ride on a local runabout and then you get to spend a few hours snorkelling, kayaking and fishing off a wooden stilt structure (kelong). There are wonderful fish to be seen including clown fish, helped by the fish feeding. We had a massive storm which we were out there and the team offered for us to stay until late afternoon to make up the time. Our 2 teenage kids loved the whole experience. Highly recommend

  The trip is amazing! The staff are so friendly and we received unexpected service including the free coffee and tea, nemo underwater videos for all our big families! ! Highly recommend!!😀

  One of the best snorkelling experiences Ive ever had! From pick up at hotel to sending back it was VIP treatment. And the kelong snorkelling was so cool - lots of colorful corals and beautiful fish just made my day. And there’s no time limit. Plus the guides were so helpful taking us around too.

  Very well taken care by the guide Mr Edwin who pick us up from the hotel and fellow us all day throughout the activities. Special thanks to Kelong Nemo staff who look after our safety and guide us during snorkelling. There are a lot of fish to feel when snorkelling. Not forgetting all the nice video and photo taken by them as well. Even though lunch was not included, there are cup noodles at the kelong to simple fill up our hungry stomach. Water was not very clear that day, but our family enjoy it.

  Great for beginners in snorkeling as the activities are based around a kelong (wooden house on stilts in the sea) so there's no struggling to climb in and out of a boat. They provide the type of masks that cover the whole face and are easy to start using right away. We saw a turtle while waiting on the kelong for the wind to die down sufficiently for us to snorkel. The guide was enthusiastic and got lots of good photos and videos of us with the fish, but don't forget to take some time to just enjoy looking at the corals and wildlife. The kayaking and fishing were very chill, great for decompressing after the snorkeling. No food is provided, but they were happy to make hot coffee and tea whenever we wanted it. Afterwards, the driver took us to a seafood restaurant where we purchased our own lunch. We went on a Thursday and were the only ones on the tour. The driver said weekends are much busier.

  Visiting from Scotland and this is honestly for us a once in a life time experience! Core memory forever the team were AMAZING ! Friendly, hospitable, just fantastic, Dedy our main man even drove us and hour to catch our ferry during a storm, got us food on the way back and just genuinely beautiful people. Couldn’t have felt more looked after and cared for. Also amazing value for money, very fair and honestly just above and beyond from this team. Thank you!
