このアクティビティでは、ココナッツ オイルの伝統的な作り方の知識を共有します。 まず、私たちの庭からの新鮮なグリーン ココナッツ ジュースでお迎えいたします。 その後、少しリラックスして、プロセスを作成するための適切なココナッツを拾う方法から段階的に説明し、最後にココナッツからオイルを取得します. 次に、すでに用意されている茶色のココナッツを手に取り、その茶色のココナッツをはがしてナッツを手に入れる方法を学びます。ココナッツの肉を手に入れた後、伝統的な道具を使って、ココナッツ ミルクを手に入れた後、そのココナッツの肉をココナッツ ミルクに変える方法を紹介します。次に、伝統的な方法を使ってココナッツ クリームとオイルを作る方法を説明します。オイルを回収し、最終工程のためにろ過します。 クラスの最後に、クラスのお土産として一緒に作ったココナッツオイルの70mlボトルをお渡しします。

5.00Me and My partner went for the afternoon course and we absolutely loved it! Samda was a brilliant guide, helping us with booking and was patient while we navigated our way to the pick up point. We hiked to the course from Sandy Beach and were greeted straight away with a bowl of fresh jackfruit and a fresh coconut to drink. It was just us on the course that day and it was great to chat to Samda. We learnt so much about the coconut oil making process and it was also great to get such an insight into other aspects of Khmer culture. Everyone spoke great English so communication wasn't a problem. In a truly rural and beautiful setting the course was a great way to spend an afternoon and we both came away with our own bottle of fresh coconut oil! If you're on Koh Rong Samloen, dont hesitate to book this for a wholesome and cool afternoon activity. Big Up Samda.
