  Says 45 mins experience but actually your in an average pub for 25 of those minutes. Drinks included in the ticket but they are vile and cheap. We spent 20 minutes in the actual ice bar which is a large industrial fridge with a few ice blocks and stickers stuck to them of fish. Staff was lovely we got a few photos and it was an experience but wouldn’t do it again. Coats are very thin and all the zippers broken. Gloves are crusty.

  10 family members took part in this Trip & we had a fantastic time at the Ice bar. Host fun & it was -10 degrees. They give puffs jacket & gloves to enter - we had great fun & would recommend. The boat trip was in opposite direction to ice bar & hotel. Hotel rang Viator for help & the person at the other end was unfriendly & rude. Sent him on his, I tried via the chat / again did not get help, we did not them go on the canal part of trip & wS disappointed with that part

  We booked the combination through Tours & Tickets. The canal trip was very well attended, as expected, but you still had enough space to sit and could see everything well. In addition to the audio guide, there was additional information. The Icebar is cold, but not as cold as you might think. I packed myself too thick. The drinks are really delicious. We definitely recommend these two attractions.

  Great time and fun experience. Order the beer as it is Better for the price. We did this in February and it was not too cold. The boat ride was great too

  Absolutely dire one of the dirtiest places in the whole of Amsterdam expensive rubbish don’t waste your money it’s one small little ice room you are herded in like cattle if you expect it to be like one of the others in other countries you will be very very very annoyed and disappointed just don’t bother spend your money on something a lot better

  Absolutely loved the Ice bar , I can't recommend it enough, great atmosphere, we really enjoyed it. I can't comment on the canal tour because I didn't read the small print that tells you to book the time slot at the office, which was a fair walk from the Icebar, then walk back to the pick-up point near the Ice bar!

  A tourist catch! The ice bar is a fitted fridge where you can be taken to Disneyland. 2 paid shots and 1 souvenir photo (paid) and the next group arrives...

  Really good fun. A must do when in Amsterdam. The photos you can get are great. Really good to start a night out.
