  Amazing tour with an awesome guide. Gede handled everything from start to finish. Having a knowledgeable and experienced guide made the tour fun and stress-free. His timing for hitting up our destinations was on point, and he was super engaged and really good at helping us get the best photos.   We weren’t sure this tour would be worth our 4 am meet up, but it was well worth it, and so fun! Our guide was excellent and made our trip enjoyable and relaxing. He picked us up at our hotel in the morning after making sure we would be ready the night before. He made sure we had breakfast boxes which we ate while waiting for the gates of heaven at a nice scenic spot. Mind you the other people on other tours were just waiting, standing around by the entrance! We got hundreds of awesome pictures and maybe more importantly our guide helped us with poses (we can be so awkward!). We ended with lunch at a scenic location and a swim. Could not have been more enjoyable or pleasant day. A must-do when in Bali!

  This tour is a great opportunity to visit the famous Gate of Heaven and take some photos in the beautiful water Palace. We were able to get there earlier than suggested and our driver/guide Gusti accommodated our request as I read online the wait can be up to 2 hours. Gusti is very friendly and willing to take as many photos/videos of you as possible. He has been my favourite your guide in Bali. Highly recommend him.

  Gede is the best tour guide we’ve ever had. He picked us up in a timely manner and made sure we had breakfast for our very early car ride. He gave us an extensive lesson of Bali’s culture and history while showing a great sense of humor. When we went to the Gates of Heaven, he helped us with our poses and took photos to make sure we had a good time and good photos to prove it. After taking photos at the temple, he took us to the Water Palace where he facilitated more beautiful photos. We ended the trip at the Sleeping Gajah for lunch (provided in the trip) and infinity pool time. I cannot recommend Gede enough for all of your excursions in Bali as a driver and tour guide.

  Despite the Gate of Heaven being closed the tour operator designed an amended itinerary for us. The guide he sent, Murdock, gave us a really good day and took excellent care of us.   What a great day! Nora was such an excellent driver. Filled with Balinese knowledge of culture and history, he made me feel at home in a foreign country. The only thing would change is starting earlier in the morning. I signed up to be picked up at 5am. Of course, Nora was right on time with the friendliest grin but there was a 3-hour wait at the Gate of Heaven. Nora looked after me and made the wait more tolerable. I definitely recommend Nora for any future tours in Bali. I am hoping to have him for some of my other tours with this company.

  Wayan was an excellent guide and made our trip to Mount Agung a reallt enjoyable experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the day. One thing that really stood out was how happy he was to help take photos and videos for us along the way. He knew the best spots for viewpoints and was always willing to help capture the experience, which we really appreciated. His positive attitude, local knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made the tour even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Wayan to anyone visiting Bali and looking for a memorable experience around Mount Agung.

  We took a journey to Mt Agung with the ever reliable Wayan Suama, who is our go to driver for any trip we take around Bali. He took us to a more unknown place to watch the sunset over Mt Agung. Epic views, great photos which were choreographed by the expert Wayan, who is also a seasoned driver and great company on the voyage. I highly recommend Wayan for any trip and transport, a very friendly fellow and excellent company. Tell him Dean sent you 😊

  Take the earliest tour (4am pick up) to avoid the long queues of people waiting for their turn for photos at the Gates of Heaven. Local photographer makes special mirror effect on the photo. Ethereal!!! If you have a good day you might have sunrise photos. Water Palace was also a lot of fun feeding the colorful fishes and having photos taken. Lunch at the restaurant overlooking the Sleeping Gangga: yummy food and great views. Also fun swimming in the infinity pool.

  Fabulous day of sightseeing with Mr J. Very knowledgeable and well spoken. We were able to miss long lines due to his experience. He took great photos of us too. A definite must do tour and request Mr J.
