  We booked this service seen on JDS and loved the adventure. We played with family and our 2-year-old could still enjoy. Obviously not puzzles but there were some funny pictures to do and she liked it. My great loved the universe of magical games and in Annecy it was nice because a little medieval atmosphere. He much preferred this activity on smartphone than the walk by the lake that we enjoyed with my husband. We got a promo code from the team when we called to get information and that was really nice. The service was very good. We received a text message to make sure we understood the instructions and followed up the next day. Hyper complete for a game supposedly autonomous. We weren't disappointed. Thank you to the very nice young lady we had on the phone.

  Very big disappointment. We thought we were going to have a real escape game in the center of Annecy, but it’s really just a track game with puzzles posed in the street. No actors, no interaction, no access to places or buildings: nothing justifies the price, far too high for what it is. In addition, the puzzles have no connection with the exterior decor. Example: we are told about a florist/gardener while we were on a street unrelated to this theme. We expected to use downtown elements — facades, doors, benches, architectural details — but none of that. The result: no immersion. The organisation is also to be reviewed. We had booked a week in advance for a specific day and time, only to learn the day before that we could start whenever we wanted. On arrival, no one to greet us or explain the course, which reinforces the lack of seriousness. Finally, the advertised duration is misleading: plan rather 2h30 walk than the 2h indicated, which ends up being long and tiresome. With a setting as exceptional as Annecy, there was room to create an original and immersive experience. Unfortunately, we come away with the feeling of having paid far too much for a simple, interestless game of track. Don't.

  An escape game under a big sun despite the cold. The adventure is captivating because the puzzles are varied. The only downside, the clues have not always put us on the right track. Thanks to the LiveChat team for giving us a hand;)
