スマイルオーガニックファームでは、タイ料理の作り方だけを教えているわけではありません。私たちの学校は、美しく静かな有機農場と庭にあり、野菜を育て、ハーブを味わう方法を自分の庭で学び、リラックスした雰囲気の中で料理と食事を楽しみます。
スマイル オーガニック ファームは、チェンマイ旧市街から 45 分の場所にあります。サンカンペーン温泉の近く。学校に行く途中、地元の市場に立ち寄ります。チェンマイの田舎に住む地元の人々の伝統的な生活様式を見ることができます。
私たちは自分たちですべてを育てるオーガニックキッチンガーデンを持っています。健康でありたいと願うように、愛をもって成長してください。私たちはそれらを使って健康的なタイ料理を調理し、あなたの料理にも自信を持って提供しています。すべての料理はベジタリアンまたはビーガンとして利用できます。

What To Expect
チェンマイ市内のホテル/宿泊施設までお迎えにあがり、現地のマーケットへお連れして、短い訪問の後、スマイルオーガニックファームクッキングスクールへお連れします。 到着時に、提供するメニューを説明し、各カテゴリーで料理用の独自のメニューを選択できます。 その後、オーガニックキッチンガーデンでタイのハーブや野菜について学び、その後、クッキングアクティビティを行います。 カレーペースト、カレー、炒め物、スープ、春巻きの5つのカテゴリーで基本的なタイ料理を学びます。 どのメニューもベジタリアンやヴィーガンとして調理できます。 辛くするかマイルドにするかは自分で決めることができます。 次に、リラックスした雰囲気の中で自炊する美味しいタイ料理をお楽しみいただきます。 最後にチェンマイ市内のホテル/宿泊施設へお連れします。 参加者には大人料金（9～75歳 ） 、 来場者には4～8歳料金（4～8歳 ） 。 -9歳以上のお子様は、参加者として専用の調理ステーションを持つことができます。 -0～3歳のお子様は無料です。

5.00Natty was the best! She was super educational, informative, and truly farm-to-table. I loved making curry paste from scratch, visiting the garden, and getting customized cooking advice from Natty. She was very patient. Everything was delicious.

Great way to see Old City

5.00A fun outing that takes you through the backstreets of the old town, with stops at notable temples, the old city wall, and a food market. You’ll pass dozens of cafés and small shops. The guide was friendly, safety conscious, and knowledgeable about the sites we visited. I took the morning tour and it got hotter as the morning progressed. We had some shade and cloud cover throughout the ride, which was nice. The mountain bikes are in good shape, and the tour also provided a helmet and water bottle. Wear long sleeves or sunscreen. I wore a sun hat under the helmet which provided extra coverage which I needed!
