After walking around Quebec City for 4 days my body needed a break. This was a relaxing tour with Francois as the guide. He grew up in St. Anne and has been a tour guide for 30 years. This knowledge really made his tour interesting. Isle Orleans was nice to see and the St. Anne Basilica was beautiful. The falls are a great spot for photo ops but there is a bit of walking to get close to the falls. We’ll worth the money.

This could have been a nice tour, but we are so used to tour companies adding “stops “ that we know are ways to get guests to spend more money and the company to get kick back money from the stops based on that. The first of 4 stops was a chocolate store, and we were told it was the only place to purchase food. In truth, 3 of the 4 stops all had food, but it was the tour companies way of getting you to spend your money there where they get a kick back. They don’t get a kickback at the basilica or at the falls when you buy food there, and they surely get a kick back from the copper museum. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but he’s just following what the company wants. Those two wasted stops took away from time at the falls, not giving everyone a chance to go to the top and return (one couple was left behind because they were late). If they really cared, they should either offer to pre-purchase the tram tickets to save time, or use the group line to move faster. My suggestion-take an Uber to and from the falls from Quebec, and save time and money. Also, as a side note, was not happy the bus driver opened the doors for us to get out at the falls, and then shut the doors on me as I was leaving the back door. Lucky I wasn’t hurt, but he had no clue.

The cooper art stop would be time better spent at the Basilica or Falls. Tickets to the cable car to the top of the falls are not included and, depending on time, may not fit into your time at this stop.

Great tour. A lot of interesting information. Driver was very knowledgeable and gave us ideas to utilize the time we had to get the most out of our stop

A very good experience; in about 5 hours, we discovered all the points of interest around the city. Not having a car on site, the pickup is very easy in Old Quebec. The visits are relatively quick (~30 minutes per stop), but this allows you to see a lot in a short time. Only the visit to the Montmorency Falls lasts 1 hour, and honestly, it's almost not enough given how magnificent it is. In short, a very good visit to discover or rediscover the Quebec region. Special mention to our guide Martin, who brought this visit to life with his boundless energy, humor, and passion for his region. I recommend it.

Our tour guide, Martin was fantastic! He was very funny in addition to being informative (in both English and French). The tour itself was very good, but a bit rushed. We only had 1/2 hour in each of the stops and an hour at the Falls. For me, personally, although the copper museum was interesting, I would have rather spent more time on the Island L’Orleans - perhaps at the winery with a light lunch. The church was absolutely stunning. The falls were very nice too- I would have liked more time to explore there. I do recommend the tour!

Our guide was amazing and easily translated in. It’s English and French. The falls were the highlight. Be warned, if you take the steps to the waterfall, you will get wet. But it was worth it!

Our guide was fantastic—funny, engaging, and very informative. The tour was well organized, and we really enjoyed the experience. My only suggestion would be to spend more time at Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré and less time at the Copper Art Museum. Overall, it was a great tour!

This is an excellent tour with some great stops along the way. You don’t get a huge amount of time at the waterfall though which is a shame as we could have spent twice the amount of time there. We barely had time to walk up and back down again.

We were at the tour meeting point on the Viator Ticket 35 minutes early, as my husband has a vision impairment and we try to get a better seat for him on buses. The meeting point was NOT the meeting point, and not until just before the tour start did we see a bus parked on the road, a block away. Instead of being early on the bus, we were the last ones on. No one came over to the meet point to gather people. By this point, we did get on the tour but were both so stressed that the first 40 minutes were not at all enjoyable and I got nothing out of the tour to that point. Once on the bus, we had to sit near the back, and there were almost no seats available from which my husband could see (he has no vision on the right side, and does use a white guide cane). I don’t know if this is Viator’s fault or the tour operator’s fault, but it soured the tour for us. The tour operator said they weren’t aware of the meet location Viator had given us, so I’m putting this on Viator. Once we got to some of the venues, things improved somewhat, but it was hard to get past this, as we went to where we directed to go. I don’t think I will be booking with Viator again, as this was so disappointing for someone with a disability (and his wife who hates being late for anything, so always goes early)
