  A calming and spiritual experience from start to finish. Warmly welcomed upon arrival to a lovely waiting area, to meet Nicholas our host. The Shala was beautiful and Nicholas explained the sound healing process and also there was an oracle card at our mat to guide us with our journey. I have done sound healing before, but never in a hammock, and the feeling of weightlessness while also feeling supported was incredible. I left feeling physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually peaceful and rejuvenated. Overall a wonderful experience I would highly recommend.

  The experience of sound was so well thought out and delivered. With careful consideration and direction how to get both in and out of the hammock, for those who had never experienced this sound journey beforehand. It was a delightful experience and one of my high lights on Lembongan Leland

• Hot and boring! Disappointing!

  The location was lovely and the actual building felt very spiritual. It was nice to be looked after with mosquito spray too. However…previous sound baths have been much more effective. Sadly, I felt like Nicholas was quite bored. His voice was a bit robotic at the start and sounded like he was reading from a script and then the sounds kept changing but were very ineffective. I went in with an open mind but came out feeling nothing! The explanations were clear about what to do during the time you get into the hammock and how to position yourself, but the synthetic material just made you feel squished up and it was absolutely boiling….especially with no fans on! Perhaps it would be different for others but for me it was disappointing!

  We had the most incredible experience with Nicholas and Josie at Island Yoga. The session began with an hour of Hatha yoga led by Nicholas. His teaching style is gentle, grounding, and supportive — he truly holds a soft, welcoming space that made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout the practice. Before the sound bath, we spent some time chatting with Josie. She was so sweet and friendly, and both she and Nicholas offered us fun recommendations for exploring Lembongan, which added such a personal touch to the experience. The hammock sound bath was absolutely AMAZING. Nicholas guided it beautifully, and we felt deeply supported and safe the entire time. The combination of yoga and sound healing left us feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and completely reset. We can’t recommend Nicholas and Josie enough — their warmth, kindness, and skill made this one of the highlights of our time on Lembongan. 🌿💫

  What an amazing experience. I went into this with an open mind as I had never done this before. Arrived a little bit early and was welcomed like an old friend. The experience itself was wonderful, led by knowledgeable and experienced guides. The Oracle reading was a great experience and not only spot on but also fun. Left feeling nourished in body and soul.   What a lovely opportunity to reconnect with self in a utopian paradise. The moment you enter Island Yoga’s outdoor studio, you are greeted by a lovely Budai fountain. The environment is peaceful, immaculate, and inviting. The hammock sound healing class was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing event. Highly recommended for all.   This was an amazing and relaxing experience. I went in with expectations of relaxing and some nice sounds - and came out feeling connected and relaxed with myself and the environment around me. I thank Nick for guiding us in the healing energy and for opening up his practice and expertise to us. If you’re on Lembongan, take this sound bath and really connect to the island. You’ll be so glad you did! Namaste🫶
