• The Highlight of Our Vietnam Trip

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Heritage Cruises in Ha Long Bay. My grandmother and I booked the 2-day, 1-night cruise, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. The ship itself is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly well maintained. Our cabin was spacious, comfortable, and had breathtaking views of the bay. The bathtub was honestly a highlight in itself, there is nothing quite like soaking in a bath while looking out over Ha Long Bay! What truly stood out was the service. The entire team was fantastic, but I would especially like to thank Jay, Jack, Chris, and Sarah, who made our experience exceptional from beginning to end. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth did not go unnoticed. They always greeted us with a smile, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and made every part of the journey feel effortless and special. It is rare to come across a team that is not only highly professional but also so genuinely caring and passionate about what they do. They are a real credit to Heritage Cruises and played a huge part in making this one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The food was fantastic. Not only was everything delicious, but the portions were incredibly generous. We felt like there was always another beautiful dish arriving, and every meal was something to look forward to. The activities were also exceptionally well organised. Everything was punctual, seamless, and thoughtfully planned, allowing us to relax completely and simply enjoy the experience while still getting to explore the beauty of Ha Long Bay. This was such a special trip for both of us, and Heritage Cruises made it even more memorable. The combination of stunning scenery, a beautiful ship, outstanding food, and truly exceptional service created an experience we will never forget. Thank you again to the entire Heritage Cruises team.   We had a great time on the cruise.Great service by everyone especially Ashley,Chris and Jack.Luxurious bed and great food.Getting us all to dress up in the vietnamese outfit was great fun.The live music was awesome.Would definitely want to do a longer stay at some time.

  We visited Heritage for our Honeymoon trip. It was the most wonderful trip of our lives as they paid so much attention to detail. Each day was a special experience full of activities and fresh food from the sea. Big shoutout to Tom for an incredibly special experience we will never forget Heritage.

  We had an amazing time on the cruise. So much that I wish we’d done the longer one. The views were excellent, and the service was amazing (almost too amazing). Every staff member was attentive, kind, personable, etc. Special shout out to Tom (our personal assignee for meals) — he was extremely attentive and prompt. And Jack (led the kayak and speedboat tours) was kind, and let my girlfriend borrow his hat when it was too hot I have zero complaints about this tour, and honestly just wish we’d done a longer one

• Amazing cruise with a great team at Lan Ha Bay

  We had an amazing time with Heritage cruise. My wife and I were traveling for a special occasion and the cruise was everything we had hoped for. We opted for LAN Ha bay instead of Halong Bay because LAN ha was less crowded and it was an excellent decision. The room in our cruise was spacious and we even got an upgrade given the special occasion. The scenery was amazing and food was great. The staff went over and above to make sure that we had a great experience (including in unforgettable dinner). A special thanks to Chris, Sarah, Jack, Ashley, and Jay (and all other staff) for making our trip a truly memorable one. Chris was helpful throughout the trip and after. Sarah made sure that we were comfortable during our dining and Jack was an amazing guide for squid fishing. The Vovinam experience in the morning. Was also good. While there are many cruises along Halong Bay and LAN Ha Bay, what really makes the difference is the attitude of the staff and Heritage cruise has done a great job there.
