From the moment we boarded, the crew’s warmth and professionalism set the tone for a relaxed, unforgettable evening on the water. The two-hour sail felt perfectly paced — long enough to soak in the scenery, short enough to leave you wanting more. Captain Nolan made the experience exceptional by customizing our route to match our interests and the evening’s light. He shared engaging local history as we glided past old forts and historic lighthouses, timing each stop so the sun set behind these landmarks and created a breathtaking, golden backdrop. Seeing those silhouettes against the sky felt like stepping into a living postcard. The sights were plentiful and varied. We spotted playful seals bobbing near the boat, watched seabirds wheel overhead, and enjoyed sweeping views of the shoreline and islands. The boat itself was comfortable and intimate, which made the whole group feel connected rather than lost in a crowd. Yes, there’s a small extra cost compared with a basic harbor ride, but it was absolutely worth every penny.
