Loved the boat ride and crew

3.00I thought the boat ride was great. The crew on the boat were phenomenal. I didn't like the fact that after we made our reservation and selected the hotel pickup which was listed as included that they sent us an email 2 days before the trip and asked for additional money. I also didn't like the fact that when I went to pay for the park, the lady tried to shortchange me, and you could tell she had done it many times before. Also our transfer driver was on the phone the entire time with his speaker phone on and was extremely loud. But the boat was nice and the places were beautiful.

4.00The boat tour was amazing!! The staff were top notch. Very attentive whether on the boat, on land or in the water. They showed me extra points of interest which I truly appreciated. The transfer driver on the way back was horrible and I was in fear the whole time. He was on a personal call on speaker phone the entire 50 minutes so loud that passengers couldn’t have a conversation. He didn’t even get out to open the door at the stops.
