5.00We had an amazing time at the La Casta Halong Bay cruise. The driver promptly picked us up from the hotel and was in constant contact with his arrival time. We reached the boat as scheduled. The team at La Casta is incredible. The cruise director kept us all safe with tons of activity, food and snacks. They took especially good care of my mother to make sure she had a great time and was safe. Not to mention Halong Bay is exceptional. A must do experience in Vietnam.

5.00This was a well organised cruise. Had a pick up from our hotel on time. The cruise ship was clean and tidy and were made welcome on board warmly. Dec the guide for the day was very good and all the crew members were very friendly and polite. Vin who looked after us was excellent. The vegetarian lunch was excellent and so many varieties.

5.00Communication was good at the outside, with WhatsApp messages confirming pick up time. Driver was on time and was a very considerate driver. You felt safe The coach was much better than the typical transits you see, much better leg room too There are many boats in Halong Bay, of varying quality. Ours was off significantly high quality First step was to listen to it speaker, who spoke English wonderfully . He outlined the day, making everything very clear We then had an opportunity to go on the top deck for 60 mins, before returning downstairs to a wonderful lunch. The dishes were immaculate prepared and laid out, the finest ingredients in view We went to see the caves. This was a group event, led by our tour leader, who outlined the historical and spiritual aspects of them (far more interesting than what I had estimated) Then an opportunity to visit another island, climbing to the top, or opting to sit on the beach We then removed the boat, enjoyed afternoon tea, and sailed back to the harbour We drive back to Hanoi, racing or destination 12 hours after our starting point Wonderful day, with great memories. Thank you

5.00The ship was very clean. The food was excellent. Out of all the boats we saw, ours certainly looked the nicest. Everyone on the boat was friendly and did an excellent job on the tour. Our tour guide was excellent as well.

5.00Really great day out, pick-up was easy and comfortable. The boat and staff were all fantastic and the tour and boat manager done great to pass all the big sights and talk you through them as you go. Plenty of good food on offer at the lunch and a 10/10 mango smoothie. Would recommend to everyone.
