  This has been the most amazing sightseeing experience I have ever experienced. Bilawal, was an extraordinary guide, very intelligent, full of knowledge and very very kind.   I honestly don’t even know where to begin because this experience in Pakistan exceeded anything I could have imagined. From the very first moment, your team made us feel welcomed, safe, cared for, and truly valued not just as tourists, but as friends. Traveling so far from home can sometimes feel intimidating, especially as a woman, but every single moment with your team was filled with kindness, professionalism, patience, and genuine warmth. You didn’t just show us places… you helped us experience the soul of Pakistan. From the breathtaking architecture, rich history, incredible food, and vibrant culture, to the heartfelt conversations and laughs throughout the day, everything felt unforgettable. What touched me the most was the humanity and generosity your team showed us. I have traveled and met many people in my life, but it is very rare to meet individuals with such pure hearts, humility, and sincerity. Your passion for your country and for what you do shines through in every detail, and it made me fall in love with Pakistan even more.   I had an amazing Lahore Heritage & sightseeing tour with Pastenlighten Tours. Bilawal guided me through the Jehangir Tomb, Asif Jah Tomb, Nur Jahan Tomb and Shalimar Gardens sharing fascinating history and hidden stories. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lahore. Bilawel is punctual, reliable and kind hearted. His English in excellent and he is a safe driver. He is open to questions about lahore, pakistan, culture etc. 10/10 would reccomend

  Great experience with Bilawal, whom we contacted.on the spot! We had a full day Lahore heritage, he even took us on his moto to Wagah to see the border ceremony. Very flexible, extremely knowledgeable, we got a great input of modern politics in Pakistan too. Can't recommend enough!

  We booked the Lahore tour with Bilawal in May 2026. I booked directly with him via Whatsapp, he was professional, organized and very responsive. On the day of the trip, I arrived late due to traffic but he was patient and waited. He even met me at my car and exchanged information with my father who was a little apprehensive about sending my daughter and I on a tour with a stranger. Bilawal was very professional and polite. Though we were running a little behind, he prioritized our tour to ensure we could see all the monuments within the time constraints. Bilawal included plenty of detail in his explanation and history of each monument. My 10 year old daughter hung on his every word and loved hearing the stories connected to the Sheesh Mahal and the secrets of the Hammam. Bilawal included many little easter eggs in his tour that were interactive and allowed us to imagine how things might have been in the past when these buildings were teeming with life. We did not have to pay for anything whilst on the tour with him. He was well known by many other merchants and staff recognized him and greeted him with warmth which is a great sign to show his collegiality. I especially liked the way he spoke with people and children trying to sell us things, he was polite, and professional and asked them to please not interfere with the tour. We used Bilawal's services again to obtain protocol for the Wahga border visit. He was prompt and organized. We were on the list within 15 min of messaging him. My sister came to visit a few days after me and she used his services for the same Lahore tour and Wahgah border protocol list. We were all very satisfied with his services. I recommend Bilawal to anyone who is looking for a tourguide. He was very responsive on whatsapp to any questions I had about anything. I really appreciated it.

  "2 days Lahore Heritage & sightseeing guided tour" with guide Bilawal from Pastenlighten Tours. We visited Lahore Fort, Badshahi Mosque, Wazir Khan Mosque, Shahi Hammam, some beautiful streets and the next day the Wahgah Border ceremony. Honestly Bilawal is one of the most knowledgeable and charismatic guides I have met so far. You will get all your questions answered and more.   Probably 4 weeks ago, after long thinking, I chose Pastenlighten Tours to explore full day Lahore guided tour for my guests from Belgium who were first time visiting Lahore. On asking about the tour the guide Bilawal gave me multiple options, and I picked their “ Lahore Heritage Guide Tour” and our experience was nothing short of remarkable. As we commenced our tour, his opening line outstandingly set the tone, what a brilliant overview was about the itinerary, and he went on beyond our imagination, gave us meticulously detailed history of monuments, last but not the least his storytelling brought everything to life. In a Nutshell : We had a wonderful Full Day Lahore Guided tour of Heritage and Sightseeing, He coherently explained everything with great command on English, everything was right on the money.
