4.00This was a really great experience and very exciting to be able to explore two countries in the one day. The meeting point was very easy to find, our guide did a great job. Like everything, it’s hard to explore everything when you have limited time in each place. Definitely worth it though, beautiful places.

5.00Pick up was at 8am in Milan where we met our guide Amato. Boarded the air conditioned coach driven by Claudio, who was a great driver who navigated us through the winding streets of Lake Como. Amato was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable. When we arrived at Lake Como we boarded a boat which did a 40 minute tour of Lake Como ending up at Bellagio. Bellagio is very hilly with some cobblestone streets. There is some lovely restaurants and shops there. We ended up at a lovely taverna where I enjoyed a litre of Guiness for €15 😁. We spent about 2 hours in Bellagio. A short boat ride later,about 5 minutes to the coach where we were then driven to Lugano. It takes about an hour to get to Lugano. Amato is very informative and was a great host on the coach journeys. When arriving in Lugano, you have between 1.5 to 2hrs there. There is lots of high end shops there and a lovely church. It is then about an hours drive back to Milan. Overall a great trip run by great staff.

1.00This tour was a complete disappointment and a waste of money. The guide took us to Bellagio and left us there for almost 3 hours with no planned activities. There was no reason to spend that much time there. Instead, we could have been taken to other scenic stops around the lake where other tour buses stopped. We were able to see many beautiful places only from the boat, but never got the opportunity to explore them. The same thing happened in Switzerland. We were dropped off at a shopping complex where almost all the shops were closed, and again we were left there for 3 hours. The guide knows all the shops would be closed even then he took us there for 3 hours. junk guy.At the very least, we could have been taken to an area with restaurants, cafés, or sightseeing opportunities instead of being left with nothing to do. On top of that, the air conditioning on the bus did not worked throughout the trip, making the journey very uncomfortable. Overall, this one-day tour felt like a complete rip-off. We paid for sightseeing but spent most of the day waiting around in places with nothing to see or do. I would not recommend this junk tour. Stop ripping like this and don't waste people time like this!

5.00It was a great tour and we got to see a lot of things. The only downside was that most of the stores in Switzerland were closed because it was Sunday. We didn't realize this when we booked it.

4.00There was more bus time than we expected, and that was a problem because it is extremely hot and the air conditioning on the bus was barely working. The guide gave us lots of info and pointed out places to visit in Bellagio and Lugano. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn’t so hot! Also, stores in Switzerland close on Sunday, so don’t take this tour on a Sunday like we did. We want to come back not in the summer.

5.00It was a great experience , it was extremely hot during our time in Milano so It was a relief to just get on an air conditioned bus that took us to como & then a boat to Bellagio, had lunch & did some sight seeing for a couple of hours. The boat then took us back to the bus in como where they drove us to Lugano.. we had 2hrs to enjoy & then back to Milano in the bus …
