What a great experience ! This is one of the highlights of our trip, the course was so interesting, fabulous food (of course, we made it!), the drinks were absolutely lovely as well. What made all the difference, was our incredible host Christiana, who shared so many tips and little pasta making secrets, she made the experience truly wonderful, she was also great at creating a warm and friendly atmosphere (so much good vibes that we even made new friends to visit the city with within the group!). We could see she was really thoughful and made each person feel looked after and included, that is a skill you can't learn anywhere. Thank you so much Christiana for the memories we will cherish ! Noemi teached us so much and when we made mistakes it was okay and we did the tiramisu again so it would be the best, we made friends with everyone and the mood was so nice and free!

Noemi was a wonderful chef teaching us making a wonderful tiramisu, ravioli with spinache and ricotta and finally fetuchini from scratch!! We also had many wonderful coversations with both Noemi and with the others in the class!! We went as a family with two kids (13 and 17) and all enjoyed this very much!

We had a fantastic experience with this course. We were well trained to make pasta and tiramisu which later became a lovely lunch. The guide was incredibly nice and helpful!
