First time in Lyon so good two hour orientation. Our walking guide spoke excellent English and had a good knowledge of Lyon. She was attentive to our needs. There were none in group of 4.

Our guide, Charlotte, was well prepared and spoke English beautifully. She was very informative. She communicated with us before the tour; how to recognize her, her arrival time, and where to meet. She answered all our questions. She was very personable and shared her experiences as well. Would highly recommend her and would use her services again.
