1.00Read the fine print. Cant get a refund if they reschedule your tour for another time. If you have all day not a problem but dont count on them to maintain their schedule

5.00We had an amazing experience on the Miami Biscayne Bay Rich and Famous Sightseeing Boat Tour, and Sandra made it even more memorable! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire trip. Sandra made everyone feel welcome, kept the atmosphere fun, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Her excellent customer service and positive energy truly stood out. The tour itself was beautiful, and thanks to Sandra, it became one of the highlights of our Miami trip. Highly recommend this experience and definitely hope to see Sandra again in the future! 🌴☀️🚤💙

3.00We turned up 30mins before at the location described only to be told that was the wrong location . We then had to walk up and down Bayside mall before we found another stand who agreed that was their booking. We waited until 5:30 and was then told the boat wasn’t available and we had to go onto the next boat an hour later. And back at the originally described location. The revised boat was old and there’s no safety briefing whatsoever. The trip itself is fine but quite short and you end up spending half the time going past container ships.

3.00Be careful this tour operator changes your reservation times. I signed up for the 11:30am tour but the day before I received an email stating my tour was at 12:30pm. The tour itself is what you would expect. Bring your own drinks, it gets hot!
