  Great store! Booked online and they had everything ready to go as soon as I arrived. Gave us a map of possible bike trails and could not have been more helpful getting us geared up and ready to head out for the day.

  Great experience...even with a bit of rain. Bikes were set up for the 6 of us, easy instructions and a couple seat adjustments...we were on our way. Pickup location by ISite where cruise ship dropped us. Maps were great, even if we somehow couldn't read them. Beautiful bike trails...would absolutely do again! Lovely Port!

  Easy pick up, bikes were ready and waiting. Maps were available. Pannier bags were not enormous, but did expand and we could both put would small rucksacks in them Front wheel needed tightening after riding for a bit as the quick release had not been tightened properly

  This place to get bikes was so convenient for where you get dropped off from the cruise ship. Literally across the street. Great staff and very accommodating.

  The bikes were ready to go for us when we arrived. Each bike had a lock and a bike bag. They were in great condition, and the location was perfect— directly across from the welcome center.

  Coming into dock in Napier we knew there was a chance that if was too windy we wouldn't be able to dock. Napier City Bikes won't charge if the ship doesn't dock. Since it's a closed port we had to take a bus out of the port but it dropped us off right across the street from the bike shop. 5 of us rented e-bikes in case it was really windy (which it wasn't) and 2 got cruisers. Everything was ready for us when we got there. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day and had such a wonderful time getting some exercise after being on the ship for many days. We road to the Crab Farm Winery, then headed back to the shop. Highly recommend!!

  This was a great way to see Napier on. your own. The location was convenient, The bikes were vey good, and the maps that they gave us were excellent. All in all, we were very happy for what was provided.

  Bikes well maintained. Good briefing prior to setting off however due to major roadworks and road closures we were unable to find/access the vineyard trail marked in yellow on the map we were given. We ended up riding along the coastal path instead which was pleasant but not outstanding…

  Excellent well prepared bikes. We had a great day, Napier has terrific cycle paths, scenic and away from traffic. And Sandra kindly called a taxi for us to get us back to our campsite! Thank you!
