1.00Not at all happy with our airport transfer with Viator's affiliated taxi company. They had weeks if not months worth of notice as to where and when we needed to be picked up from, including flight number and time of arrival. After 10 minutes of waiting and my messaging them I was told that the driver was "stuck in traffic". The company were told we were waiting in the arrivals hall as we resent bring bombarded by taxi drivers touting for business. When the driver did arrive , we had to go and find him. Luckily, the car was red coloured, rather than white or grey where we would have had no chance. In all we boarded 25 minutes late. Sorry Viator we cannot recommend you for this service. If other operators can manage being there holding customer placards, why couldn't ours? The price we paid of GBP £32 at today's rates, comes to 172 MYR (Malaysian) Whist we were waiting, a local company driver quoted 38 MYR for the return journey-GBP 7 So it's easy to guess where the difference goes to. So, Viator, as loyal customers having used you several times how about offering us a good-will gesture by way of a partial refund for the inconvenience caused?

5.00I am an older traveller and this company was fantastic. I had to change pick up times 4 times - first was a flight change and the other three were made three hours or less than the pick up times (plane delays leaving the airport.) Our driver Johari was incredibly understanding and was waiting at the airport with a very warm welcome. He was extremely polite and helpful and made the start of our holiday very happy. The company was more than obliging and checked that we were all right after the delays. Highly recommend.

5.00Very friendly and very attentive communication around our private transfer from the Sandakan airport to our hotel. The driver was super friendly and his English was fantastic. Gave us lots of local knowledge and answered all of our questions on the short trip. He was waiting for us with a sign at the arrivals gate, so they made it very easy for us to find.
