  I don't even know where to start. Myself, my wife and two children ages 10 and 11 had a twelve hour layover in Singapore and booked s 8 hour tour with Hello Singapore Tours (same operator as this tour) and BEST decision i could have made. Pamela thank you!!!! Such a friendly and knowledgeable expert guide!! We learned so much about the history and cultural and food of Singapore while touring many highlights along the way. Tour itinerary was already arranged but still very flexible on the fly based upon our interests (wanted to try local street food and went to the street food marketplace which way more than scratched the itch!) Kaya toast and Kapi for breakfast was so good! Bernie our driver was pleasant and timely throughout the day - such a great team of Pamela and Bernie! and the van was spacious and luxurious with great AC! The tour is pricey but you WILL get what you pay for. I am so thankful to Pamela and Bernie for taking care of us and my kids can't stop raving about the gardens (Jurassic Park theme ha!) A quick Singapore River cruise and a time at China town and little india were also highlights. stopped at Kampong Glam and strolled down Haji Lane and saw the Sultan Mosque at Bussorah Street. Lastly capping off the tour with a true Singapore sling at the Long Bar of Raffles Hotel - Thank you thank you!!!

  We had Maureen as our guide and Bernie as the driver. The tour was completely customized to what we were looking to see. At the start she reviewed a plan based on previous questions that we answered and was very flexible throughout the day. She was very knowledgeable about the city history and cultures and it showed in the tour. She wanted us to be able to experience as much as we could and we did. When my daughters mentioned a vintage store, we shifted schedule and were able to visit the store. She went out of our way to make sure we were all happy with what we were doing; even taking pictures of our family at every place that we visited. Bernie was also great and kept the van cool and picked us up at each location timely. Even though it was a private car tour, there was still a lot of walking, so come prepared. Highly recommend.

  This really was the ideal way to see Singapore if you only have a short time there. Gene picked us up at the cruise terminal and quickly picked up on what we liked—mainly gardens and food—and customized our excursion to our interests. Lunch in a food hall in Chinatown was a highlight. No way could we have seen this much on our own. At the end of the tour we were dropped off at our hotel, so the tour also served as transport from the cruise terminal. It’s expensive as tours go, but totally worth it.

  We had a wonderful time with Pam and her driver! They were very informative and attentive to our every need! They even sent us. Recap afterwards! We were a family of 10 doing a private tour. Highly remand would use again!!!!

  Pamela gave us an incredible tour. She was interesting and professional and took us all over the city. She showed us so much in our 6 hours. I highly recommend the tour and Pamela.

  We are very pleased with our 7 h tour of Singapore. All our wishes were received and perfectly implemented. We were assisted by a driver and a guide, so we could dive really deep into the city without having to worry about anything. Many thanks to Gene, we will remember his stories and explanations for a long time to come.

  Pam was our tour guide for Singapore and she was very personable, knowledgeable, and receptive to our needs and wants. If I ever make it back to Singapore, I will definitely have her show us more highlights, and I would recommend Pam to anyone traveling to Singapore.

  Great experience. Can’t say enough good things about our guide Pam. We did a 7 hour private tour. She was amazing - her good energy, enthusiasm and knowledge of Singapore kept us going the whole time. Tour was entirely customized to our needs. My husband is hard of hearing and she was so considerate in assisting as much as possible to help him enjoy the tour. She went out of her way to find the perfect lunch spot and even took us on the MRT. We learned so much we wouldn't have know about Singapore. And her treat of pandan chiffon cake - Mmmm so good. Kudos Pam - thank-you for a wonderful day!!!

  Our tour with Gee Soo yesterday was one of the best tours I've ever taken, and I wish I could give him more than five stars. He came to our hotel to meet us and asked us a few questions to get to know us and our experience of Singapore and our expectations for the day, then explained his plans and made sure all six of us were on board. We visited all of the places we'd requested (Little India and the Sri Veeramakaliamman (Kali) Temple, Gardens by the Bay, the National Orchard Garden, and the Merlion Statue); Gee added Marina Barrage, Raffles Hotel, and the City Gallery, plus stops for lunch (chicken rice) and coffee with kaya toast, all of which added to our appreciation of Singapore. Along the way, Gee told us about the sights we were seeing, listened to and answered our questions, talked about life in Singapore, pointed out photo opportunities, took LOTS of photos of the group and of individual couples, and made the day special over and over. I'd be remiss not to mention Bernie, our driver, who got us from place to place in comfort and safety (and added information when needed). A few hours after the tour, Gee sent us the photos he'd taken and a recap of the day. We all wanted to give him at least six stars, but the system won't let us! Thanks, Gee and Bernie!
