ジーザスブレスモニュメントまたはジーザスブレス（マナド言語：ジーザスカセブレスニング）は、インドネシアのマナドにあるイエスキリストの像です。像の高さは50メートル（158フィート）で、20メートルの支えと30メートルの高さの像自体で構成されています。この像は、25トンの金属繊維と35トンの鋼で作られており、シトラランドマナド団地の最上部にあります。この像はマナド市の新しいアイコンになり、2010年にはアジアで2番目に高い像と世界で4番目に高いイエス像（設置された台座を除く）でした。
Mount Mahawu
マハウ山は、インドネシアの北スラウェシのロコン・グヌン・エンプン火山の東に位置する成層火山です[1]。遠くにいる間、マナドトゥア島と周辺の島々は広大なスラウェシ海に浮かんでいるようです[2]。マハウ山は幅180メートル、クレーターの深さ140メートルで、北斜面に2つの火砕丘があり、その高さは海抜1,311 mに達します[1] [3] ミナハサの人々は、この山ではしばしば灰を放出するため、マハウと名付けました[4]この山はマハウと呼ばれるほか、ロメンガス山とも呼ばれます[3]。この山は1789年に小さな噴火を起こしました。[1]その後、1994年にマハウ山も噴気孔の泥噴火を起こし、火口湖に沿って間欠泉の活動が起こりました。火口湖は緑がかっており、最終的には1999年に発生しました。もはや活動的ではないが、風の中の硫黄の匂いはまだはっきりしている[2]。火口湖の端の一部が干上がったため、火口湖のサイズは現在小さくなっています。

A lot of travel involved....

3.00A lot of travel involved. Our driver was excellent but the weather did not allow us to get the best out of the trip. We were disappointed to have to pay an extra $30 for pick up at port when our itinerary clearly showed that we would be picked up there.

5.00I visited Manado alone from end of February, but the guide on my day tour was very kind and made sure I had a fun trip, so I had a great time. Furthermore, on the dolphin watching tour I purchased, the boatman searched for a group of dolphins and we were able to encounter a large group. I also saw many sea turtles while snorkeling.

5.00It was a very exciting and varied day trip. We booked on short notice but it all worked wonderfully and we even received a photo of the driver and his car the day before so we could recognize him. That's very helpful. On this trip we saw a lot of the region and we could also taste a local lunch. Our guide was very friendly and told us a lot about the region.

5.00We booked a day tour with Jotje, a very helpful and knowledgeable local guide. Who is very humouristic as well. The trip consisted of a visit to the nearby vulcano, local market, green hot water lake. And also included a good lunch in a local restaurant (who happened to have a sugar cain based alcoholic drink - rather strong, but nice..
