Sentosa Island

1.00Tour booked and confirmed, waiting in lobby at 8am for pickup, no pick up. We were emailed 12 hours after the tour start to be told that the they couldn't accomodate the booking due to a mistake by a crew member. Although apologetic, would have been nice to have been told this prior to the day of the tour
