5.00Flawless Execution Our group of 49 people had varying flights and arrival times, all needing transportation to Riu Playa Blanca, located two hours from the airport. Despite the complexity, everything was handled perfectly! Even when one person missed their flight, they ensured safe and timely transportation to the resort by scheduling another transfer. The communication throughout was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us, even outside regular hours. We cannot thank RUBEN, ALVARO, JEAN PIERRE, and Walter enough for their outstanding customer service. Special shoutout to Mr. Ruben, who kept the vibes high and had us dancing all the way to our destination! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

5.00We were transferred by driver Alvaro from Panama City to the Playa Blanca Hotel in Rio Hato. Their service was excellent, punctual to pick us up, very friendly throughout and with very good conversation. Besides one issue that I want to highlight, when we got out of the vehicle we didn’t realize that my wife dropped a chain with a golden saying. Alvaro did notice and let us know, we highly value your honesty. Very good experience hiring the services of this company.

1.00Just back from Panama. Booked this company through Viator for a private transfer from our Panama City hotel to a resort in Rio Hato. Being Canadian, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited ONE AND A HALF HOURS for them to show up. We called them at least three times and were told each time that a car was either coming or already on its way. NEVER SHOWED UP. We ended up taking another company and paying out of pocket for that trip. Viator refunded our money completely and we feel sorry for Viator, but they need to REMOVE this company from their listing.
