  Phenomenal!! Super friendly, patient with us, funny. Got to see 3 different species of whales and whales jumping and breaching the surface with their mouths open! Enjoyed it being a smaller boat with less people. Highly recommend!

  A good whale watch tour with a great captain and first mate. Easy to find with a great paid parking lot very nearby. On this tour we saw 5 different dolphins, plus humpbacks and the blue whale (a first for me). The number of passengers was ok for this time of year and with the World Cup going on.

• Smaller boat: bigger views, better proximity, best experience!

  Captain Tigger and our guide, Captain Kevin, brought us past seal lions and otters in the harbor, introduced us to the legends of the albatross, and delivered us to the heart of blue whales’ kitchen table. I never miss an opportunity to tour the local waters when I’m on vacation. Captain Chris’s whale watching excursions are among my all time favorites. No snacks. No drinks. No extra doo-dads or photo keychains for sale. Just marine life, whales, people, fun, and new friends.

  Incredible experience! Saw so many whales and dolphins that were a few feet away from the boat. We got to watch a whale jump out of the water for 20minutes non stop, absolutely unreal!!

  Had a lovely day in the bay during which we saw several pods of orcas, which we understand are rare at this time and place- as well as numerous harbor seals and a variety of sea birds. Our guide Kevin, informative and enthusiastic, helped make the experience a memorable one. Although the sea was fairly calm there were swells that made us happy that we had taken dramamine before boarding to ward off any signs of sea sickness.

  Best privately own business in Monterey. I have been on dozens of trips with them throughout the years. Hands down the best. Every time, we have seen whales, enjoyed Risso dolphins, and had our questions a answered. I'm an old lady now, I went Monday. They helped me onto the boat. It was the #1 experience. I say that after being on dozens of times. with them and other companies. I highly recommend going. Oh and you get to be on the boat with people ALL over the world. The look on their faces, first time seeing a whale, priceless. 3 hour trip. WORTH every dollar.
