What To Expect

5.00PADI freediving course. Hanna is a great teacher and able to pitch the course material well. She was able to fit in around my schedule at late notice which is always appreciated. Can't wait to get back in the ocean again soon.

5.00The one day course was insightful, fun, and overall a great experience. I learned that my body is capable of doing incredible things and that I'm probably not going to drown if I hold my breath longer than 20 seconds. Lol. That's the thing, she really makes you feel comfortable with what you can do, that's what I loved the most. Highly recommend spending the day with Hannah and taking the freediving course.

5.00Very informative and relaxed. Hanna really enjoys what she does and that always translates to a great experience. Location was amazing with the wrecks so close to shore and I can use these breathing techniques for soo many things in my day to day... Thanks Hanna :)

5.00Awesome experience! I have wanted to get certified in Free-diving for years and was pumped to have found Johanna from Trident. I highly suggest you go on a quick dive, spearfish, or if you have the time get certified with her.
