5.00We visited the Vedda community, which I admit was quite an experience despite the fact that the Vedda community wanted to be paid extra to perform their traditional dances and show their hunting manner. They have a museum that helps learn important things about their identity and history. Then we went on a lake cruise, which I enjoyed a lot as it was very peaceful and relaxing and got some really good shots of the landscape. Lastly we visited a very big stupa that was quite impressive. Overall I was impressed by the way this was organised and handled and I would book another activity with them with no doubt.

5.00In November 2024, my family and I went on the Full Day Private Tour to the Vedda Aboriginal Village, and it was truly one of the most eye-opening and memorable experiences we’ve had. Getting to meet the Vedda people, learn about their traditions, and see how they live so closely connected to nature was incredibly special. It felt genuine, respectful, and deeply meaningful like stepping into a piece of living history. Big thanks to Forever Vacation for organizing such a thoughtful and immersive tour. It’s a day we’ll never forget, and one we’ll be talking about for a long time!
