  We made a last minute reservation for a driver to take a day trip from Heredia to Poas to La Paz. This company was worth the money and I feel gave a very fair price. I thought we were paying for just a driver but really we got a very knowledgeable tour guide who walked with us to the volcano and told us about everything. He also took us to local souvenir shops and a local restaurant that was very tasty. We were glad to have a driver to give us lots of good suggestions and interesting info about the sites we visited. He spoke English very well and we felt very safe driving with him (we had a baby with us). They offered free beers and water as well. Highly recommend this company if you need a driver or a tour guide! This

  Without the baqueano, our trip through Costa Rica would not have been so nice and comfortabel! Our driver Freedy helped us with everything. He was the best! The service went beyond just the bus rides. We were helped to find good restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, activities, PCR testing. We had cold drinks in the bus and there was fantastic WiFi. Freedy & Charles were super nice to our children and understood what we needed. It made our trip so much better. They were always there for us. Top organization and 100% a recommendation!

  I high recommend using The Banqueno transportation service! Charles Forbes the owner and our driver Adonay went above and beyond to get us from Puerto Viejo and over to Quepos on short notice. We were stuck in Puerto Viejo after heavy rains made it impossible for vehicles to cross a bridge just to the north of Puerto Viejo. We were worried they would close the bridge to foot traffic after seeing how bad the damage was. Adonay drove at night to get there in the early hours of the morning so he could be there in the morning for us to be picked up after walking across the damaged bridge. Adonay was a great driver and Charles was super responsive in his communication and setting everything up. The van was awesome and clean and new. They were so great we booked them to bring our daughter and her girlfriend to Quepos when they arrived in San Jose to come meet up with us a few days later. I’ll be booking them again.

  Our trip was amazing, Fernando was such a great tour guide. He had so much information to share about the history of Costa Rica, the landscape, and animals we saw. They were very easy to coordinate with about pickup times and schedules for the day. I highly recommend this service!
