5.00Charles is the man! He helped every step along the way with planning and delivering the best experience in Costa Rica for us. We were a family of 14, ranging from 2 years old to75 years old, he knew how to interact with everyone. He made us feel welcomed and was extremely insightful and cheerful. He took us all over the country from San Jose-La Fortuna-Monteverde-Playa Conchal. We don’t do repeat trips but we are definitely coming back to Costa Rica and one of the main reasons is because of Charles and his great company.

5.00Charles is the man! From pre-booking, to payment, pick up, drop off, and all the stops in between. I have never experienced such luxury and personality in a "transportation" company before. I put that in air quotes because what Charles provides is so much more than that. Get ready for great conversation, impeccable service, and good times. Hiring Charles was the best decision of our trip. If you are reading this, stop reading and start booking. We miss you Charles!

5.00Superb service- Charles was amazing from the beginning of planning across the country throughout our trip - arrival to the end. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the country, highly trustworthy and ensured that we enjoyed our family time in Costa Rica. He prides himself and his company on quality service and certainly stood by his word. I'd come back again with no hesitation to use him as our travel service- airport, tour, etc.

5.00Charles is amazing person and he really knows what he is doing! I really appreciate how helpful he was. We had an incredible time in Costa Rica thank to him and amazing drivers, especially Raúl. Charles always replied to my messages even in the night! And he was always on time! He also created great atmosphere in van, he arranged everything before the journey and he helped with all unexpected situations. Thank you is not even enought for all his help. We can't wait for next adventure!

5.00My group and I had the most incredible experience with Baqueno transport. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our van was very clean, comfortable and pristine. Our Driver “JP” Juan Pablo is amazing. He was an excellent tour guide during our drive back and forth! I will be using these folks again and JP is our guy!!

5.00We booked with Charles Forbes for a few trips to get around Costa Rica for our honeymoon. If we had known how amazing the service was going to be, we would have used them for ALL of our transportation. Booking was easy via email, and Charles was always prompt and clear. Charles does his utmost to make sure each trip isn't just a taxi ride, he turns into an opportunity to see something along the way that you may have missed otherwise. It turns an arduous journey into an enjoyable day. Yes, he isn't the cheapest, but his price is reflected in his service. There isn't a better service in Costa Rica. His thoughtfulness and experience shows in how he plans the journeys keeping both practicality and comfort in mind. Even customising the cool box contents for our next trip from things we had discussed on the last one. At the end of your journey, Charles has created an experience that feels like you've met up with a friend who's showing you his country.
