  I recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek over 14 days with Magic Himalayas, and it truly exceeded every expectation. This trek had been on my bucket list for years, and it was brought to life thanks to Santas and Nabin. From the moment I arrived in Nepal to the final return journey, they managed every detail seamlessly—airport pickup, Lukla flights, accommodation, and the entire trek logistics. Their professionalism is matched by genuine care; no request is too small, and any issue is handled quickly and thoughtfully. What really stood out was how much they go above and beyond. The Sherpas are highly experienced, incredibly supportive, and stay by your side throughout the journey. At one point, a friend in our group became unwell with altitude sickness, and the team handled it with calm expertise, ensuring he was safely guided to tea houses and properly looked after. Each day was well organised—tea houses were prepared ahead of our arrival, meals were served on time, and there was always a good variety of food. They even accommodated halal requirements by arranging fresh meat, which shows the level of attention they give to individual needs. Magic Himalayas doesn’t just deliver a trek—they create an experience. You’re treated like family, and they make sure you leave not only having reached Everest Base Camp, but with lifelong memories. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone considering this journey, and I hope to return to Nepal again in the future.

  From the moment we started our Everest Base Camp trek, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. This company truly sets the gold standard for trekking expeditions. The team was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive throughout the journey. No request ever felt too big or too small—whether it was early in the morning or late at night, they were always there with a smile, ready to help. Their level of care and genuine hospitality made what is already a once-in-a-lifetime trek even more special. What stood out most to me personally was the extraordinary support I received when I fell severely ill on Day 2. Without hesitation, they arranged for a dedicated guide to support me on a 1-to-1 basis. That level of attention, reassurance, and professionalism made all the difference during a very challenging moment, and I’ll always be grateful for how seriously they took my wellbeing. The guides were knowledgeable, patient, and deeply committed to ensuring everyone had the best possible experience, regardless of pace or circumstances. The entire team went above and beyond at every step, creating an environment that felt safe, supportive, and incredibly uplifting. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. What makes this company exceptional is not just their professionalism, but the heart behind everything they do. Both Shanta and Nabin, the brothers who run the company, treat you like family. From day one, their warmth, care, and genuine kindness made me feel completely at ease. They embody the true Nepalese spirit of hospitality — always going above and beyond to ensure every guest is looked after. Although I couldn’t complete the final stretch to Everest Base Camp due to altitude sickness, the level of care I received was beyond anything I expected. Nabin personally helped me with all my hospital treatment in Kathmandu and made sure I recovered comfortably. Once I was well again, he even arranged an incredible safari trip to Chitwan National Park, turning what could have been a disappointment into another memorable adventure. If you’re planning any trek or tour in Nepal, I can’t recommend Magic Himalaya Treks enough. You won’t just experience the beauty of the Himalayas — you’ll experience the warmth of Nepalese culture through two brothers who truly care about their guests.

  I completed the Everest base camp trek via Gokyo lakes with Magic Himalaya - I would highly recommend them! They took care of everything and were a pleasure to deal with before during and after the trip! The banter with our guides and porters made the trip memorable!   Completing Everest base camp trip with magic Himalaya was the best decision I made! It was a well organised trip by both nabin and shantas. Throughout the trip they looked after us well and prioritised our safety. They went above and beyond and have shown us what true work ethic and customer service is. Even when someone was unwell they ensured everything happened smoothly and showed genuine concern and did their best to get them to base camp first. On return back to Kathmandu they planned activities and trips to cater to the group and allowed us to experience a true feel for Nepalese culture. I strongly recommend magic Himalaya.   Amazing 15 day trek to EBC via The Gokya Lakes. The guides and company were amazing. Everything was spot on- from the itinerary, to the planning to the tea houses we stayed at. Would 100% use this company and the guides again. Amazing experience.

  Just got back from the most amazing trip after completed a 15 day trek to Everest basecamp. Magic Himalayas were incredible. They supported me throughout the journey, looked after me right from the point of collecting me from the airport and dropping me back to the airport. They ensured we were given good rooms in the tea lodges we stayed at and ensured we were always offered fair and good prices when wanting to spend on shopping. During the trek they supported me at walking at my own pace, I never felt rushed and meant I could enjoy the experience because it was at my own pace. Sometimes when the terrain was very difficult, they also ensured we were given enough breaks and would even provide snacks and refreshments during the trek’s. I felt looked after very much. I would highly recommend them to anyone travelling to Nepal. They are a brilliant tour company.
