• Amazing safari tour

  Let me start but saying NKOLLO TOURS IS TRULY AMAZING! I had booked a safari tour with a different company via my travel agent in the UK. When we arrived in Zanzibar, i wanted to check this company were coming for us and to my horror they let us down with a days notice!! We were so disappointed so I searched the internet and found Nkollo, read the reviews and reached out. Straight away, Allan (the owner of Nkollo) messaged me back and was very friendly and reassuring. He listened to what i wanted and advised on a better option than the one pre-booked from the UK. His advice was impeccable and his communication second to none. He managed to arrange it for us in 48 hours with a collection from our hotel in Zanzibar to the airport and then to Arusha - ALL SEAMLESS. We were met my our guide for the 2 days, Ringo. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. Ringo was informative, catered to our needs and was keen to make our experience memorable. We visited Tarangire national park on day 1 and Ngorogoro crater on the 2nd day. By day 2, we still hadn't seen lions so Ringo was determined to find them...we found them straight! All in, we saw lion, lionesses, cubs, hyenas, elephants, zebra, wildebeests, impala, gazelle, hippo, flamingo, buffalo. We had a luxury lodge for the night between. Lunch was picnic style, all locally prepared, proper cutlery.....this trip was so memorable and literally a bucket list experience. Please use Nkollo tours, a local company with amazing guides, local knowledge, best experience ever!!

  I don’t even know where to begin! Allan is the perfect tour operator, quick, effective and informative information always available (I’m a type A planner!). Any and all enquiries I had were responded to promptly. Allan’s recommendations for the tour and accommodations were PERFECT! Allan went the extra mile to meet us prior to our safari, check in with us during and was always available, and also met us after for a debrief to check how our experience was. Lunches were excellent with wine, beer and soft drinks provided, in the most beautiful locations! Our driver Francis was the best, the friendliest, most upbeat guy who instantly makes you feel at ease. He worked tirelessly to ensure we saw the best (we saw everything even the elusive leopard!). Francis is so knowledgeable and respectful about, and for, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, the animals and the people that live there. It was my birthday whilst there and together Francis and Allan liaised with the safari lodge to organise a birthday cake and decorations for me! The whole trip felt so personal and special thanks to the people at Nkollo and I will never forget it. We will be back to Tanzania to see them again.   We had a fantastic experience with Nkollotours! Communication with Allan was quick and easy. He responded to my emails and WhatsApp messages promptly before the safari, arranged our hotel stay the day before, and clearly explained all the details of the safari tour, making us feel well-prepared. Our group of three friends travelled in a spacious safari jeep, which allowed us to stand up for great views and photos. Our tour guide, Ema, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the region, the animals, and the local culture. His friendly personality and sense of humour made the long drives enjoyable. Thanks to his expertise, we saw the Big Five up close and had plenty of chances to take great pictures. The food was delicious, with the cook preparing simple but tasty lunches and dinners each day. The accommodations were excellent, featuring a mix of mid-range lodges and comfortable hotels, some of which offered amenities like swimming pools and Wi-Fi. Each place we stayed was well-maintained, providing a relaxing and comfortable environment after our daily adventures. Transfers between locations were smooth, making the entire experience stress-free. Overall, our safari with Nkollotours exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, and every detail was handled professionally. We felt well taken care of from start to finish, making the entire trip enjoyable and memorable. • 3 day Serengeti and Ngorongoro was amazing!

  I was very surprised by how much we were able to fit in in only three days! We saw 4 of the big 5, and some amazing sights, including a leopard napping in a tree, lions hunting a buffalo, and more! The camp grounds were comfortable and a lot of fun, and the food was great.   Excellent safari. Our guide, Joseph, was great. We were surprised to have our own chef along and the food was better than we expected. The camping is fun but primitive. Bring a towel, pillow and toilet paper (we didn't but managed). I would recommend this highly.

  Booked my trip last minute and I can't believe how lucky I got. Very fast to respond, extremely helpful (even for things that I needed organised outside of the tour), and very professional. Pick up and drop off were seamless. Our safari driver (Josef) was absolutely incredible... he could drive (like a pro) and spot animals miles away at the same time... we were very lucky to have been able to see the big 5 (and more) and I know that it definitely had something to do with our guide and his sixth sense. The food was really good, our cook Simba was always ready with more food than we could possibly eat. Could not say enough good things.   Together with my friends booked a 4 days private safari of Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti, Lake Natron and Ngorongoro crater and it was perfect . With Nkollo tours we got the professional service we were looking for. The staff were friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. We were very lucky with our safari guide John, a very kind and helpful person with enormous knowledge of the fauna and flora in the parks. He always tried to satisfy us and makes us feel very comfortable. We travelled just with him and the wonderful cook Emma. Thank you very much Nkollotours for a wonderful trip.

  It was a great four days. Lovely meal plan, interesting stuff from the director who went in details of what to expect from the tour to the stuff (guides and chef) who fulfilled all the details we were expecting in a very professional manner. The weather was great which helped us become more comfortable. Enjoyable tour.

  Atleast once a year my friends and I organize a trip. I take comfort in planning these trips but I was so swamped then I had to resort in getting assistance. Luckily a friend of mine recommended Nkollo tours as they had just come from a trip organized by them. I quickly called Allan the director and I gave him a rough sketch of what I’d want and he came up with a perfect plan. We had a wonderful 4 days touring the Serengeti plains then we went to Ngorongoro, Tarangire and finally Manyara. The tour was well executed and my friends and I had a premium time, there was a lot do honestly from exploring nature during the day and chilled fun nights. Supper was always a feast in the wild, we even had picnics. Nkollo tours was definitely worth the shot and I would gladly work with them again

  We've planned a 3 week holiday in Tanzania. Usually we do all the vacation planning completely by ourselves, but this time we ended up with Nkollo tours that provide a 4 days tour. In the beginning we were sceptical about the benefits of asking a tour operator, but from the first day of establishing contact, Nkollo tours turned out to be a great choice. Allan was very proactive in planning the safari, paying close attention to all of our specific needs and designing the itinerary, accommodations, tickets, cars etc. according to our requirements about what to see, what kind of accommodations we would like to stay, answering our many question promptly. He even tried to help to plan a birthday surprise for my girlfriend during the safari. We can recommend Nkollo tours for the best services.
