  Couldn’t recommend Nava enough if you’re interested in obtaining your PADI open water certification while in Koh Tao. Two friends and I did the 3 days course an it was super fun and rewarding! Everything is very professional and they provide everything you could need. Also, a special mention to our instructor, Tao, who was excellent - he was very friendly as well as being super knowledgeable!

  What a fantastic experience. From start to finish the process and people were great. Our instructors were with us every step of the way and I felt completely comfortable and safe in their hands. My husband and I are older and I had sinus issues and had to descend very very very slow and then buoyancy issues but I knew one of the instructors would always be close at hand and they were, providing assistance at all the right times. Highly recommend NAVA

  Had an amazing time with Mo ( instructor) learning to get my 18 metre open water qualification. Mo was very patient and thorough when explaining the skills necessary in order to obtain the qualification. Good food here as well. Whole team here is very warm and welcoming. Location is amazing and can go watch the sunset after the day is finished at 360 viewpoint. Thanks for such a positive experience!

  Definitely a recommendation! Got my PADI open water, advanced and enriched air here. Never a busy boat and you will dive in small groups. They plan the dives on your experience level and make sure that you enjoy the dives and get back on the boat safe. Had a great time with my instructor Moe during the dives as well as after the dives in the nice dive shop. I will come back to Koh Tao to dive with Nava!

  We walked past the diving school and knew immediately that this was the right one. Everything is well organized, modern and good equipment. Wanted a diving school where you would first have lessons in the pool to get used to breathing underwater, this was the right choice. After 1 dive in the pool to get used to it, we made 4 dives over the next 2 days, which were easy for us. Thanks to the good guidance of Les, a top instructor who takes the time for you and explains everything in an understandable way. For diving, this is THE diving school on Koh Tao!

  Best diving experience at Nava, our Instructor was Les. He was the best and made sure we got an amazing experience. I had trouble clearing my ears, we went slowly through it, and made sure i could dive. If you are looking for a diving school that isnt too big and makes you feel at home, this is the one!

  I did the PADI Open Water Diver course at Nava with my girlfriend and it was one of the most exciting and best experiences of our vacation. We had already completed the theoretical part of the course in advance via PADI eLearning, which was recognized on site without any problems or hassle. Our theoretical knowledge was briefly refreshed, which definitely didn't hurt, and then we went straight into the practical part. Any initial reservations we had about diving were dispelled from the very first minute by our instructor Les. With his professional and highly likeable manner, he taught us everything we needed to know to dive independently in open water in a playful yet serious way during the first practice sessions in the pool. With each exercise we became more confident and by the end of the day we felt ready to dive in open water. The 4 dives we experienced with Les in the sea over the following 2 days were very impressive. In addition to the correct techniques and respectful treatment of the underwater world, the fun factor of diving was always at the forefront. I am very grateful to Les and Nava for this experience and can recommend the company one hundred percent.

  We completed our Open Water certificate at Nava. We completed the theory beforehand using the PADI app and were looking for a diving school for the practical part. Nava was immediately open to it and was flexible in adapting the schedule. After the pool session, I felt confident in handling the equipment and diving techniques. Our instructor Les was always concerned about our safety, but there was definitely no shortage of fun either :) we got to know him as a funny, open-minded person and a patient teacher. The Open Water dives were a great experience and Les placed great importance on treating the underwater world with respect. The atmosphere at Nava is friendly and relaxed. I can recommend the diving school to everyone:)

  We had an incredible three days. The first day in the pool provides you with what you need to feel safe in the ocean. Our instructor Les was as kind and patient as I have ever seen. The following days are devoted to 4 dives in a natural environment in order to carry out theoretical skills and admire the underwater fauna and flora of Koh Tao. We both loved the diving and the location. We feel comfortable continuing this discipline and all thanks to our instructor who taught us everything in complete safety. And all this with joy and good humor. Allying work and pleasure, that’s Les’s line of conduct. It is with pleasure that we will continue our training, and it is a pleasure to come back to NAVA and see everyone again!
