  We had a very pleasant experience with this travel agency. From booking to its itineraries were all well planned, and enjoyed the small group tour. Tour guides are knowledgeable and bus drivers are professional. Metin, who helped our stay in Turkey a very memorable experience. Thank you

  I DO NOT recommend ever booking with Viator. The app did not allow for me to download the itinerary. I thought this tour was a small group so wasn't overly concerned until the day of when the driver told me I would be taking the flight to Kayseri on my own and will meet a driver when I arrive (not the tour guide). I am a woman traveling alone and getting into unmarked vehicles where drivers often speak minimal or no English is terrifying in a foreign country. After receiving my itinerary it would change and one of the days I was supposed to go to the travel office and was informed by the driver in the unmarked vehicle, where I was by myself, that he would drop me at a hotel - not one that was on the itinerary. Viator takes no responsibility and will state as much when you contact them up to including negligence, death, misconduct etc. What does this mean? This means if you were raped on one of the tours Viator arranged for you, they are not liable. Buyer beware! Never ever will I book Viator again.

  Actually i booked this trip in trip advisor. Trip advisor transfered to viator. Viator transfered to BEFORE TRAVEL AGENCY. i upgraded this trip with balloon ride in last movement. But after confirmation agency can't get flight ticket from pamukkale to Cappadocia. He arranged Benz Vito car for 2 of us. This is loss to traveller. But he was not care about money. He stand on promise. In every step he took care about us. I am thankful to BEFORE TRAVEL AGENCY pH +905535133042.

  We had a very good experience on this tour. I was very pleased with the organization and communication with the travel agency.Our guide, Murat, had a lot of knowledge of the history of Turkey and the sites visited and was always willing to answer our questions and accompanied us to all destinations, which we made by plane.I highly recommend this tour; Turkey is a wonderful country and we could enjoy its great gastronomy, nature and history.It has been a wonderful exoerience.

  - Before travel agency was always in touch with us until the end of tour, - they arranged the tour as we want since it was a private tour, also if we needed any changes they helped us, like rescheduling the flights. - we highly recommend BEFORE TRAVEL AGENCY, especially for maldivians who need turkey tour - our tour was from istanbul- izmir- ephasus-pamukkale- antalya- cappadocia and back to istanbul - Less expensive than any other agents we talked ❤️❤️❤️
