5.00Nice vehicle, not a cargo van which is a nice plus. Very friendly driver. Flight was two and a half hours late and they were picking us up within 10 minutes of our call. Make sure you have your phone and their number.
Stranded at airport after paying for transport online

1.00Stuck at airport after everyone left. On phone with your agent and unable to obtain transportation after explaining over and over we were stuck!!!! Finally took another form of transportation and paid. I WANT A REFUND OF 64.00 !!!
