Unforgettable experience exploring Douro Valley!

5.00We had an unforgettable experience with a customized, full day wine tour in the Douro Valley. The tour included a private sommelier / driver with pick up and drop off to and from the hotel. The car was new and very comfortable with a great AC. It also included 2 premium tastings, lunch with pairing at the wineries of our choice. Our guide, Tiago, was outstanding. He was extremely professional, polished, knowledgeable and pleasant to be around for the entire day for 12+ hours. We learnt so much about wine and Portugal from Tiago. He was so patient, kind and funny. He did everything with a smile and made sure we were comfortable providing us with water throughout the day in 30C+ heat!! Thank you for curating an amazing experience for us! We would not hesitate to book another experience when we return.

5.00My husband hired Douro Feeling to help us curate a nice afternoon excursion in the heart of the Douro Valley. Our tour guide and driver was Bruno Migu. He was so kind and funny. We started our adventure having lunch at a lovely hotel terrace overlooking the valley. Bruno then escorted us to Quinta da Foz for a private winery tour and tasting. We then took a boat tour of the Douro River where we saw several vineyards and notable landmarks. Bruno helped us end our tour with a fun surprise. He took us to a scenic lookout point. He provided us some sparkling wine and instructed my husband how to slice open the bottle with a saber. Thank you Bruno for helping to make our last day in the Douro Valley so memorable. -Christian and Nahir

5.00We did an all day Douro valley wine tour with Ricardo. He was an excellent guide and driver, picking us up and the hotel, driving to each destination, and returning us back. He was very knowledgeable about the area, wineries, and the history of the region. His English was excellent and he was very funny and entertaining. We went to several great stops to try both dry and sweet wines. We initially had a boat tour as part of it but Ricardo was able to do a last minute change on our request to do another tasting since we had already done a boat tour. Overall a wonderful tour guide and great experience. Would recommend!

5.00We had an incredible day touring Quinta do Crasto - including a wonderful lunch and wine pairings - and a stop at Quinta do Foz - gorgeous wine and port! Finished our time with a private boat tour up the Douro from Pinhao with a spectacular surprise. Thank you so much for making our tour an unforgettable day. We will be back to the Douro and we will make our plans with Douro Feeling!

5.00We enjoyed a full day of wine tastings and winery tours with Tiogo. Having done similar tours in Napa, Mendoza and Tuscany, this was by far the most comprehensive and enjoyable. We learned so much about local Portuguese wines and ports! Tiogo customized to our interests. We visited 4 wineries, including a 3-course lunch and pairings at one of them. If we return to the Duoro Valley we will book another tour with Duoro Feeling. A+

5.00We booked the wine experience with a sommelier through our hotel. It was such an amazing day. Taogo Silva was our sommelier. He is so passionate about his work, it made us appreciate the experience even more. His added insights at & in between the wineries enhanced the overall experience. We could not recommend him or the experience enough!

5.00We had an absolutely incredible experience on our sommelier tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Tiago! From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about wine and the region. The wine tastings were thoughtfully selected and expertly explained, making the whole experience both fun and educational. The lunch was delicious—perfectly paired and a highlight on its own. And the boat ride was the cherry on top, offering stunning views and a relaxing way to take it all in. Tiago went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged throughout the day. If you’re considering this tour, we highly recommend it—and if you get Tiago as your guide, you’re in for a real treat!

5.00An absolutely amazing experience, which allowed us to truly know the roots of the Douro. The sommelier was exceptional, with a deep knowledge of the region, the history and the wines, explaining everything in a clear, passionate and engaging way. Every detail has been thought of to provide an authentic and memorable experience. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and dedicated, always available to clarify doubts and ensure that we felt well received. It was undoubtedly an enriching, genuine experience that we strongly recommend to those who want to understand and feel the true spirit of the Douro
