ただ観察するだけでなく、旬の食材の採餌、伝統技術を使った料理作り、火で炊いたマイトの組み立てなど、あらゆる工程に参加。 体験はホストファミリーと提携して開発・運営され、観光が地域の生活や文化的継続性を直接サポートすることを保証する。

What To Expect
テナ中心部で集合し、サンルイスのコミュニティにあるキチワ族のチャクラ（伝統的なアマゾンのアグロフォレストリー農園）へ。 暖かい歓迎と紹介の後、先住民のホストが彼らの土地をガイドし、チャクラシステムが何世代にもわたる生態学的知識をどのように反映しているかを共有します。 道中では、食用植物や薬用植物とその文化的利用について学びながら、季節の食材を収穫します。 次に、ホストが主導する料理体験に参加し、農場から直接集めた食材を使って伝統的な料理を作ります。 マイトー（葉で包んで火で炊いた料理）を、世代を超えて受け継がれてきた技術で組み立てる。 食事が調理される間、フィンカの薬用植物トレイルを歩き、森を見渡す風光明媚な眺望をお楽しみください。 森から食卓へ、自家製の職人のワインや注ぎ込んだお酒を片手にディナーを共に楽しみ、テナに戻る前に会話や文化交流の時間を楽しみましょう。

5.00My girlfriend and I spent a day in the chakra, and every moment was incredible. It was an amazing experience being able to tour the rainforest and see the diversity of plants there. The food we had help preparing was new to us and quite delicious. I had quite a few pieces of snake fruit! Definitely recommend this experience.
