4.00The tour of the Heineken factory facilities was complete with 3D videos and a hologram of the owner's great-granddaughter explaining the entire process. The cherry on top was the boat ride through the wonderful canals of Amsterdam; the only objection I have is to the guide who spoke unclear English. I understand he was not a native speaker, but he mixed English with his native Dutch, speaking a sort of 'Holanglish.'

3.00Exit on the channels to do. Nice and punctual driver, clean place. The outing at 6pm let us think we could see beautiful sunsets in some places, it was nice but it is not ottoman. Disappointed with the audio guide that was not coordinated with the places visited, pity and the trip lasted only 45’, not 1 hour. Can do better

5.00Very nice experience, definitely recommended in the heart of Amsterdam. The guide told us a bit more about the history of Amsterdam in a funny way.

3.00Nick was our boat captain & guide. He was very engaging & fun. We got caught in a pretty serious downpour of rain, but we all took it in stride & had fun with it. We even had (2) dogs onboard which Nick had never had before. Definitely a fun & informative tour.
