  I got fed up having to change buses, particularly annoying as some staff couldn’t be bothered to come upstairs and tell us to change buses!! One guide actually shouted at us from the street! Very unprofessional

  The bus trip around the city was good. That said depending on the traffic conditions the full circuit can take upwards of 2 to 2.5 hours. The circuit does include most of the high lights of central Athens on the Athens line.

  The experience in Athens was very good. The information provided in the audio guides was clear and detailed. At the entrance and exit points the company's professionals were superb. All well organized. The buses in Athens were comfortable and on the upper floor there was covering to protect from the sun. Already along the Riviera the fact that the bus did not have sun protection on the upper floor, withdrew quality to our visit because we were forced to stay on the lower floor with limited views. For a round trip of about 2 hours and with intense heat, I think you should consider the possibility of the buses having sun protection on the upper floor

  There are many languages to choose from when they give you the ear phones. Historical facts were interesting Lots of stops. Sometimes it was not reliably on time. Some of the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful while others seemed annoyed. If you’re working with the public you should be patient. People taking the bus are not familiar with the city and need help. I liked that we could sit on top. The bottom was good to get out of the sun but air conditioning wasn't always running. The map was mostly good but one part was confusing to someone who’s never been to Athens

  We got on at the Fresh Hotel. The first 3 stops we sat for 5-10 minutes!!! Saw very little until after the 5th stop. It got so hot on top we had to move below. WHY would a tour bus put stickers on the windows to block the view?!?!

  Was excited to explore Athens but the city is very overcrowded, motorcycles scooters weaving in and out. The bus seemed to pass some monuments at least 3 times. Aircon sketchy downstairs. Too hot to sit for 90 mins top deck even with shelter. Wouldn't recommend if a cruise stop.
