• Amazing Country, Terrible tour company

  Beautiful cities with amazing experiences. The tour guides and drivers were wonderful, knowledgeable and willing to help. The tour company- Tourmania, however was atrocious. The lack of communication and the poor planning on their part is appalling. We arrived in Istanbul and weren’t told exactly where a driver would be meeting us, we were only told the day before about pick up times and often these were early (3am). The flight details were not communicated until the day before. The hotel we were taken to in Cappadocia was dirty, poorly maintained and no assistance with luggage was made. This was after first being taken to the wrong hotel, after a 4am pickup, flight and travel for over an hour from the airport to the hotel, our tour starting immediately on arrival to the hotel and only finishing touring at 7pm for the day. In Cappadocia the hot air balloon flight was canceled. Upon enquiring regarding the refund that is clearly stated in the tours details, the tour company has been silent in spite of multiple messages. Would not recommend using this company to anyone. Would recommend visiting Turkey!

  I want to say thanks to Tourmania agency for providing us with the best services ) we took tour package (Istanbul and cappadocia). They met us in the airport, transferred to our hotels, explained the plan for the day. Also we needed additional transportation, we called them and the agency organized everything that we needed . We are very happy with this trip and will book such a tour once again !)))

  I had a fantastic and majestic 6days of my life in Turkey, (3days in Istanbul and 3days in Cappadocia). It's my first time to travel alone and i am glad to have chosen you to organize my trip and indeed you did a great job. Thanks for everything, it feels like home away from home. The tours, the hotel accommodations, the exceptional balloon ride, Champagne experience with and the hassle free transportation were perfect! I would come back if i could... Thank you Tourmania and to Mr. Murat and Mr. Ibrahim. Thanks for your kind assistance and for giving me the elite services. More power!!! Cheersss...
